chapter 15

Jenella's POV
I have one more month to spend with my family here,so far it's been fun, a little ups and downs here and there but everything's fine until this morning when I woke up I vomit everything from last night into the toilet I vomit three times and I am still feeling bad. I'm currently lying on my
bed watching television thinking whether to tell Jarrel about my early morning sickness. I'm gonna talk to mom and dad about everything when they call but I hate it when they start apologising for missing my birthday and not spending quality time with me back home here but I keep assuring them that it's okay. I got up from my bed showered and went down for breakfast .Tamika was preparing a recipe she found in a cook book name What's cooking in Guyana she said it's good to try out Caribbean foods.

Breakfast was finished in 20 minutes time there was a little bit of fish broth and provision with a cup of tea. It all tasted good, I had 3 bowls of provision and fish broth. My tummy was really full until I felt like throwing up I ran to the toilet and empty my stomach. Tamika came and held my hair back. After I finished I slid down the bathroom wall and cried because I really don't like feeling sick. Tamika left to clean up the kitchen so she can take me to the hospital while I'm supposed to be dressing. I kept crying until Khelvyn came and hugged me.

"W-her-e  is Jare" I asked sobbing

"He went out to get some stuff" khelvyn answered quietly.

I got up took a shower washed my hair and exit the bedroom to where khelvyn was picking out my outfit today. I'm quite excited to see what he picked out I'm thinking he picked out a hoodie and a jeans with a pair of boots because he so much loves to wear them.

I stepped into an empty room to find my favorite  purple hoodie,  my black dazzled jeans with a pair of purple studs played out on my bed. I chucked to myself and went to blow dry my hair and put it into two braids and got dressed I found my purple and black converse beside my bed and head downstairs to Tamika who was waiting patiently for me. I found khelvyn eating breakfast and he totally was checking me out he complement me on my outfit basically because he picked it out. Tamika on the other side wore a beautiful sun dress with sandals, we made our way to khelvyn's van and to the hospital .

"Ms. Hamilton I'm Dr. Stuart nice to meet you,I'm here to check you up can you please follow me to room 091?"The doctor spoke very softly I simply nod my head and followed her to the room scared of what the results may be.

Five minutes later
"Ms. Hamilton you are 2 weeks pregnant" she spoke with a bright smile on her face. While I on the other hand began crying. She left the room leaving me by myself I wipe my tears with my hoodie then threw the hood over my head and walked out of the hospital towards Tamika in the van.

"So what's it a boy or girl?" Tamika asked cheerfully.

"And what's make you think I'm pregnant mika?" I asked

"Well you had morning sickness and you told me that you guys pretty much didn't use a condom the time u did it, so I put two and two together and got a four." She rambled on and on. I asked her to drop me off at the beach and she did after I begged her and told her I need space. I texted khelv to meet me here and he said he'd be in a few. So I went to sit on a nearby bench and watched the scenery over- thinking everything.

Khelvyn's POV

Jenella texted me to meet her at the beach while I was buying some food for the dog and ice cream for Anna. I finish shopping drop off Anna with her ice cream at Chrissy's house and went for the beach.
I saw my beautiful girlfriend with her hood up staring at the beach she did not know I was behind her so I decided to play the guess who's it game. I snuck up behind her and place my hands infront of her eyes and I felt tears I quickly removed my hand and went around the bench to find out what's wrong with her .
"Hey babe I thought you promised no more crying ?" I asked,I really seeing her cry. She leant her head on my shoulders and spoke the two words I never thought I would hear any woman say because of their settling down issues we always use condoms.
"I'm pregnant" Jenella spoke loud for I to hear.
I soon was hit with reality she can't have a baby now she is young ,still in school and have college to go too and a job to find unlike me who is working as the manager of Hamilton's cooperation.. I told her everything is going to be fine she can do online studying while having the baby in her womb and when she gives birth I can look the baby after while she finishes the last year of college and find a job back here and we can live as a family.
We sat there in silence  and soon the breeze made her fall asleep and I took her back to the van and went to pick up Anna from Chrissy's. I reached there approximately 20 mins and nella was still sleeping. Anna was sound asleep and I placed her in the back seat and buckled her in. I drove to McDonald's knowing they both would wake up past midnight hungry. I got 2 burgers, fries and milkshakes for them. I bought a large pizza for the rest of us and also ordered my lunch for tomorrow since I have to work. I went back to the vehicle and drove home. The house was empty so I placed both Anna and Nella in their beds, since it was 8 pm I went downstairs ate 2 slices of pizza and then went to bed.
