I woke up. The date is July 8, 2023. I woke up. There must be some mistake... I looked over at the date again to make sure I'd read it correctly. July 8, 2023. I woke up. What is going on? I went up to my mirror and looked at myself. I still look the same, long wavy brown hair, brown eyes, a somewhat tan taking over my body, tall and thin. Everything still feels the same. So why am I here? Why am I awake? I uncovered the tattoo on the inside of my left wrist, the one I've had since birth. It still said "July 7th, 2023". I still woke up. What's going on? What's happening to me? I cover it up again, open my room door, go down stairs, eat breakfast, and sit with my brother.
