I heaved the heavy sack onto my shoulder and walked back towards the kitchen's back door. Sighing, I laid it down with the others and stopped to catch my breath.
My watch stated that it was 8:48 - if I don't get a move on, I'll be late.
I know, I know I could just get a ride with my brothers and step dad but they've left already. "Dad" had asked me to bring in some bags and when I came out they were gone.

She was beautiful. Her blond hair was tamed - not a curl out of place yet they danced simultaneously and she looked up at me and smiled and i swear, the sun shone brighter.
Love or not, it made my day so smiling to myself, I looked back but the girl had left.
