Run as fast as you can: A plot twist

It's been about three months now since I was sent to the Government facility. They stripped me from any memory of my past, and pretty much re-programmed me. The Governor talks a lot about how much I remind him of his daughter, but much prettier. So, he starts forcing me to call him father. 

Daily he does experiments on me. They've done so many experiments on me that I'm only about fifty to forty-five percent human. They also did this one experiment that gave me the ability to teleport, set things on fire, and read peoples minds. Although the experiments are extremely painful, I've gotten used to them. 

One day, I wake up in my cell and theres this girl in the cell next to me. She has long blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. The girl is short and looks as skinny as a toothpick. She catches at me staring at her and says, "What the heck do you want?!" I don't respond for a minute. "I..well..nothing. Who are you?" I ask. "No one important." She mumbles. "Can you just tell me your name?" I ask. "No! I'm not telling you anything, you brat! Now shut up!" She replies. 

A week passes by and I'm starting to notice just how much this girl hates me. One time I overheard her mumbling to herself about how she was gonna break free one day and kill me or something. I felt like saying something to her about it, but I decided against it. 

Later on I learn that the girls name is Caitlyn Mason. She's either fourteen or fifteen years old and has been in trouble with the Government for a long time. Her father did experiments on her ever since she was a little girl, and she just now finally escaped. But then the Government found her and brought her here to do more experiments on her. I kind of felt bad for her. 

One night Caitlyn was laughing silently to herself. "I'm going to kill them all..and then I'm going to escape and finally be free." She mumbles. "Um, Caitlyn?" I say quietly. She turns around quickly and glares at me. "What do you want?! And how much of that did you just hear?!" She shouts at me. "All of it.." I reply. Caitlyn reaches her arms through the bars, grabs onto my shirt, and pulls me towards her. "Listen here, brat. You tell anyone about my plan and I swear to god I will make sure you never see daylight again. Promise?" She says firmly. "I-I promise." I reply.
