Heyyyyyyyy guys....I think the story is deffo our best so far, i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Um i dont reallly have like anything interesting to tell u about, I got my midterm grades back and I have all A’s and B’s so that’s funnnnnnnnnn!  YOU GUYS NEEEEEEED TO COMMENT. Chapter 3

 

7-4-13

Tonight I’m going to Raiven’s friends party’s 4th of July party tonight.  I’ve never celebrated it before since it’s only an American holiday but I’m going anyway. I guess I should get to know some people here.  I’ve never really been very good at making friends soooo parties are usually VERY awkward for me.  I think Griffin is going too so at least I know 2 people that will be there.  I’m going to go shopping today for something to wear. I’m not really a fashionista, but I figured I probably need at least an american flag shirt or something.  I left a lot of my clothes at home because all I brought was a duffle bag full of clothes.  Soooo wish me luck on that:/

I decided to walk down to the mall since I didn’t live too far away.  I did some research on some good stores to go to and found that Forever 21, American Eagle, Wet Seal, Hollister, and Vanity were all pretty popular stores.   

I walked into the first store that I saw. It was American Eagle. It sounded like a good place to start hence the name. I looked around the store, tried on a few things, and was out in about 30 minutes.  I found a cute American flag head band and some American flag shorts.  I decided that I was going to go all out for the party.

I was on my way to the back of the mall to check to see if Forever 21 had anything “American” when I passed this little shoe store and I saw these red white and blue shoes that would be perfect.

I checked out and headed to Forever 21.  When I got in I saw a Rolling Stones shirt that was awesome so I got that and when I was in line to check out, when I saw this cute black leather backpack so I just got it since I had been needing one and I needed something to bring to the party.  FInally I was done shopping.  It actually only took like an hour and a half so I was proud of myself since I usually take forever to make a decision when I’m shopping.  (Pic of here outfit on the side:) under external link)

The party started at 8, Raiven was picking me up at 7:30, and it was already 7 and I hadn’t even started getting ready yet.  I quickly grabbed the bags with the new clothes and ripped off the tags and threw everything on.  I ran into the bathroom and threw my hair into a messy bun, put the headband in and headed out the door.

Right as I walked out of the elevator I saw Raiven’s car pull up. I walked outside and got in the car.

“Hey Addie! Happy Fourth!!” Raiven yelled as I got into the car.  There were like 6 other people in the car already and it was only a 5 seat car so I had to try and jam myself into the car.  It was really awkward since I had never seen any of them before, except for Griffin, so I squeezed in beside him and some other guy who was covered with tattoos as well.
