Marks POV:
I woke up to my phone constantly beeping and buzzing. I picked it up off my nightstand and saw that the Unknown Number had tried to call me and was texting me constantly.
~Unknown Number~
Mark. You're late. You're coming, right? Well, if not I suppose we'll just keep your boyfriend for ourselves.

"Bloody hell Jack. You can't stay out of trouble for one second can you. You and your bloody Irish ways."
I sighed. I looked at the time
7:36
I stared at the clock and immediately started regretting my decision to nap. I jumped out of bed (literally) and ran out the door, returning seconds later as I had forgotten to put pants on.

"Why did this 'meet up' have to be so late? Why couldn't it have been at like 9:30 am. That would've been warmer and much less creepy. Maybe."
I grumbled to nobody in particular.

I rounded the corner only to stop immediately. There were two boys stood in front of me, one with a baseball bat and the other with a knife.
"This way."
Baseball bat said. His voice sent shivers down my spine. I knew who these people were (apart from bloody scary) but I tried not to think of it.

We walked down several corridors and down so many flights of stairs that I was beginning to question how bloody big the damn place was. I hadn't realised that the kid in front of me had stopped so I ended up walking into his back. He turned around with a scowl on his face.
"What you playing at?"
"Forewarning. Might be nice."
With that he turned back to the door. He was about to knock when there was a loud crash from the other side.
"GET THE FOOK OFF ME YA WHINEY BASTARD!!"
I couldn't help but chuckle. The two boys slammed open the door and ran over to where Jack was clearly throwing a hissy fit. I on the other hand just stood in the doorway awkwardly. Jack hadn't seen me yet... probably for the best. The guy who was sat at the desk stood up and began making his way (downtown, walking fast... sorry.!) towards the door. I was going to move out of the way but I decided not to, just because.
The guy hadn't even noticed I was there until he walked into me.
"BLOODY HELL WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT DOIN' HERE?!"
"I'm Mark. Please calm down, I'm only here on invitation. I'm also alone."
"Oh. Hello Mark. You're late."
"I took a nap."
"That would explain things."
He eyed me up and down as if he was judging my dress sense (I don't blame him really.) He placed his hand on my shoulder and pushed me with an amazing amount of force, through the door. I fell, obviously. As I got back on my feet, I could feel Jack staring daggers into my back. The two boys who were restraining Jack let go of him and marched through the door behind the other, really tall guy, who slammed the door shut behind him. The muffled voices behind the bulky, metal door sounded incredibly agitated and fed up. I turned to Jack who was still staring at me, but his features were much calmer this time.
"You okay? Did they hurt you?"
The only response I got was a small chuckle.
