I must confess

I have too many secrets

So shall I have less?

Here's a secret or two

Just keep your lips sealed

Promise telling you will never do

I must confess

I'm not your average

Damsel I'm distress

There's one I hide from

This is the one

That makes me numb

But makes me feel

An indescribable sad

So sad I can barely deal

This monster in my mind

I cannot escape

And happiness I will never find
