France gave the roses. He always does this every Valentines day so that everyone will feel loved. France lied about receiving a flower. He was actually pertaining to seeing everyone happy. He thinks it's more beautiful than any flower. Well, England, Matthew, America, Italy(North), and the other BTT gave him a flower soon after. (But they still didn't know it was him)
