Dec was the first to wake up on Christmas morning. He absolutely loved Christmas everything about it, spending time with family to eating a chocolate orange. "ITS CHRISTMAS" Dec shouted and blasted Christmas music "for the love of God" Ant groaned in his pillow "baby come on its Christmas" Dec said walking over to a half asleep Ant "Declan is 4:30 in the morning if you value your life let me sleep another few hours" Ant said tiredly putting the covers over his face "ohhh oh we have a grinch okay that's not acceptable" Dec said and walked out the room and came back shortly in a Christmas jumper a hat and Christmas boxers "as cute as you look it's not going to get me up at 4:30" Ant said falling asleep again leaving Dec alone feeling incredibly festive
Dec noticed that there was letters by the door that they still hadn't opened and seen the name of the company that made him nervous 'London adoption agency' shit shit they got back to us Decs mind said slightly starting to panic and seen a tired looking Ant walking down the stars and quickly hid the letter "merry Christmas baby" Ant said and kissed him and Dec kissed back "do you think the agency will get back to us before new year" Ant asked going into the kitchen and Dec didn't know what to do, should he show ant the letter "Ermmmm yeah about that" Dec started going in the kitchen too "what what's happened" Ant asked and put a wrapped little box in front of Dec "that's your present by the way" he added and smiled "thanks, erm this is yours" Dec said visibly nervous and put the letter in front of Ant "haven't opened it too scared" Dec said having to sit down "Ant this could be the start of something amazing what if that letter tells us we're aloud to adopt" Dec said tearing up as Ant read the letter and ant put his hand over his mouth "shit, Dec we done we've bloody done it" Ant said really happily and lifted Dec up and spun them around "We can adopt?" Dec asked not believing it "oh my god we can adopt" Dec said no stop smiling and hugged Ant tightly "merry special Christmas and we'll have many more with whoever we adopt" Ant said and kissed Dec. The rest of the day they spent their time trying to get it to sink in that they're gonna be parents
