The Hospital

"What? Baby why would you think that?"

"On the plane over here I got really bad stomach cramps...so I got a stewardess to watch Robin whilst I went to the toilet..." Lindsey rubbed her cheek

"And...?"

"There was a lot of blood Linds...I'm so sorry, this is all my fault"

"Sweetheart no don't say that" he cried, pulling her to him

"Have you been to a doctor?" He felt her shake her head

"No, I'm to scared, I know what they are going to tell me, I just don't want the reality of it"

"Stevie you should have gone! They could save them if there is something wrong!"

"I just can't Lindsey! I can't be told I've lost another baby...please don't make me"

"Are you still bleeding?"

"I don't know" Lindsey took her hand and walked her up to the bathroom

"Check"

"No I can't, can you do it?" Stevie cried, Lindsey crouched down on the floor, and pulled her leggings and underwear down just enough that he could see the inside of her panties

"Well?" She asked once he pulled them back up

"Your still bleeding" he said crushed

"I'm sorry...I'm sorry...so sorry" Lindsey pulled her down to him and cradled he in his lap

"Shhh, shhh baby, it's okay..." Lindsey cried with her

"No it's not! If I hadn't of run she would still be growing in there" Lindsey stroked her hair back, kissing her occasionally

"Steph, I still think you should go to the doctor, bleeding is not healthy"

"I don't want to...I want my daughter, where is she?"

"She's outside with Chris, I'll go get her" Lindsey had to pry himself away from Stevie, walking downstairs he retrieved Robin and walked her upstairs, she took one look at Stevie on the floor and came running at her

"MOMMY...Mommy did I make you cry?" Lip trembling as she looked at Stevie, being pulled in and cuddled by her mother

"No baby...I'm sorry I took you away from daddy!"

"It's okay, he's back now, I'm sorry to mommy, I don't hate you!"

"I know my sweet" holding Robin and getting up from the floor, flinching at the pain in her abdomen

"Stevie..." 

"I'm fine Linds..."

"CHRIS?" Lindsey shouted, a minuet later Christine came up the stairs

"Yeah?"

"Can you look after Robin please, I need to take Stevie to the hospital"

"Of course, are you okay?" she asked concerned

"I honestly don't know Chris..." 

Christine took Robin and went downstairs with her, setting up the VHS with a Disney movie, and settling down with her niece

Driving to the hospital Stevie spoke, clutching Lindsey's thigh

"Linds...?"

"Yeah baby?"

"Will you still stay with me?"

"What?" He asked shocked

"If...she...she is gone? Will you leave me?" She asked with tears in her eyes
