Chapter 34: I Love You

David's POV

I started the plan. I talked to Josh so that Aled will start moving. I didn't barely knew Aled but I trusted him a lot. And I love Zee so much. I can't just let or see her suffering from Josh's hand. So I need to take a risk.

"David. Did Aled showed up?" Asked Josh.

"Not yet." I said while pretending that I'm reviewing the CCTV. But I'm really reviewing the CCTV and I'm watching Aled shoot the goons 1 by 1 without any noise. Aled really had the potential to save Zee. I sighed.

"He only have 30 minutes left to come here." He said a lil bit irritated.

I didn't response to what he've said and I just focused to Aled. He need to shoot 30 more goons to finish them sleep.

I started to talk to Josh seriously.

"Josh." I started.

"What if we'll stop this?" I said.

"What!? Are you insane!? We're already here. So, there's no turning back." He said.

"Wear your armor." He commanded.

"I'm sorry Josh." I apologized.

"For what?" He asked confusely.

"For doing this." I said.

"What?" He yelled.

I come near him and get the gun on my back and I punched him at the nape that made him unconsious. Then he slowly drop on the floor.

"I'm sorry Josh. I'm really sorry."

Aled's POV

Natapos ko nang patulugin lahat ng goons sa lugar kaya wala nang problema sa kanila. Si Josh nalang at sigurado akong pinatulog nadin iyon ni David.

Papunta na ako ngayon sa kwarto kung saan naroroon sina Josh, David, at Zak.

"David?" Tawag ko sa kanya.

"Aled! Wake her up. Faster." Nagmamadaling saad ni David kaya naman agad kong kinalas ang tali sa kamay at paa ni Zak at ginising siya.

"Zak? Zak? Wake up." Atas ko at inalog alog siya. Unti unting namulat ang mga mata niyang hinang hina.

"A-aled." Banggit niya tsaka ngumiti.

"Here. Wear it. It will help you get out of this place." Saad ni David at tsaka may binigay na dalawang parang vest na medyo mabigat.

"What's this?" Tanong ko.

"A password." Tanging sambit niya lang. Kaya naman sinuot ko nalang iyon at isinuot ko ang isa kay Zak. Hinang hina si Zak kaya naman inalalayan ko siyang tumayo.

"Let's go." Aya ko kay David.

"No." Sabi niya sabay iling.

"Why not?" Tanong ko.

"I need to fix this. Just go! Save yourselves!" Utos niya.

"But how about you?" Pagpupumilit ko.

"I'll be fine. I'll get out when I'm done here." Kaya naman medyo napanatag ang loob ko at tinalikuran siya at inalalayan si Zakami na maglakad palabas ng kwartong iyon.

"And where do you think you're going?!" Rinig kong sabi ni Josh kaya napalingon kami ni Zak.

"Josh!?" Biglang saad ko.
