A Drop

Polished as pearl, you shine
Within your face, the world I see
So clear, so serene you are
a drop, but you seem like sea.

You address the good as god
And the evil, you call it devil
Be it a silent shower of rain
Or a waterfall's noisy ravel.

I love the moisture and care
That you gift my arid derm
By a sudden flick you embrace
Pouring along the natural berm.

A splash of yours on a dizzy chap
And you bring him back to life
What's in you to do this conjure
Without a wand, devoid a fife.

You show us well and kill
The gaffe we humans derive
Who could be glossy, serene as well
Moist and can still survive?

You break the myths, you mix
To blues and disguise heavenly
Nothing big, you are just a drop,
But you seem to be like sea.
