Chapter 42: "Crizel Yuri Quirino"

[Jusmine's POV] 

"are you his girlfriend?" sabi ni Crizel. 

napaubo naman ako. 

kaming tatlo actually. nagulat kami sa sinabi niya. 

"no, there brother and sister" sagot naman ni mamy. 

I sighed. 

her eyes widened and she raise a brow. "oh really? My bad" she said. 

"excuse me Mr. and Mrs Rean Mr. Santiago has arrived" sabi nung isa sa mga secretary ni dad. 

"andyan na pala si Janus, Halika Mr.Quirino ipapakilala ka namin sa isa sa mga business associates namin" sabi ni mamy. 

"Sure sure, I leave you here" sabi ni Mr. Quirino. 

"hayaan mo na muna siya dito, andito naman sila Justine ee" sabi ni dad. 

"Just go dad, I'll be fine here" sabi ni Crizel. 

then umalis na sila mamy. so kami nalang 5 ang natira dito. 

"sorry for my mistake. kasi If I'm not mistaken, ikaw yung nakita ko sa dorm nila right?" sabi ni Crizel. 

napayuko ako, hindi ko alam kung ano yung sasabihin ko. 

"why? isn't it normal for a sister to miss her brother?" si Kuya Jurmaine na yung sumagot. 

She laughed. "actually it is... I just thought that you are her girlfriend..." she looked at Justine with something that's so irritating. "so I believe that your single, that's good to hear, kasi to be honest. type talaga kita Justine" 

something's burning inside me. gusto ko siyang sabunutan sampalin at hampasin, hindi ko lang alam kung ano yung uunahin ko. naiinis talaga ako. what kind of girl would tell a guy na type niya yun? I mean? mauubusan ba siya ng lalaki? marami namang gwapo sa Ateneo ee? bakit si Justine pa yung gusto niya? sobrang naiinis na talaga ako. 

naramdaman kong hinawakan ni julia yung kamay ko. siguro nakita niya nakaclenched na yung fist ko. 

"tsk. I don't like girls like you Crizel, no offends, there's nothing wrong with you, But you're just not my type. I maybe single but my heart is already taken" sabi ni Justine. He sighed. "I'll just go and have something to drink" sabi niya at umalis na siya. 

halatang frustrated na si Justine. I can sense it. I know him too much. At pag nagiging sarcastic na siya. He's pissed of big time na. 

"Sundan mo na siya" Sabi ni Julia. 

I nodded. "excuse me" sabi ko. 

hinanap ng mga mata ko si Justine, pero hindi ko lang talaga siya makita. tumingin ako sa gilid. may balcony don. 

Pumunta agad ako don, at hindi naman ako nagkamali. He was drinking a glass of wine. 

"hey" I said. 

He looked at me and smile a little. 

"your worried right?" I asked. 

he sighed and nodded. 

"I am too" I said. 

"I'm not scared of them knowing what we have" He said. he looks at me with a very worried eyes. 

"I'm scared that I might lose you, that you might get jelous and just left me, I might go crazy" He said and look down. "I don't actually know what to do now without you" 

I want to hug him or kiss him, But I just can't... "I'm not going to leave you just like that. I promised. I love you Justine... and nothing's gonna change that. even a girl who confesses right infront of us as long as you don't like or love her back, I will always be here" I said. 

he smiled. "I love you" 

"I love you too" 

bumalik na kami sa hall. pinuntahan namin sila kuya jurmaine, at kasama pa rin nila si Crizel. they were chatting. 

[Crizel's POV] 

Sobrang hindi talaga kapani-paniwala na wala silang relasyon, I mean they might fool their parents but they cannot fool me. 

umuwi na kami ni dad. and I was silent. I was still thinking about Justine and Jusmine. 

"What are you thinking?" tanong ni dad. 

I Shook my head. "nothing" I replied. 

"their sibblings for christ sake! how can you be so malicious?" sabi ni dad. 

"please dad, If you see what I saw, you woudn' be taking like that" I said irritated. \

He shook he's head in surrender. 

nakarating kami sa bahay na nandoon pa rin ang isipan ko. since I can't really win against my curiosity, I decided to do them I background check. 

I click an article about the Rean Family. 

Rean Family Finally unites! long lost  Jusmine Rean has been found! the family has been suffering from a lost since 1996 because of a tragic hellicopter accident. Jumaine and Alexandra Rean has been very open to the public about the possibility to find their lost daughter. They even Adopted a new child named Justine Alexander Rean who has been one of the most sought out atheletes in the new generation. 

So Jusmine is find, and Justine is adopted? so their not practically realated. and there's a chance for them to be together.

Maaga akong pumasok sa school. kaklase ko kasi si Justine sa first subject ko ee. and thank God he;s an early bird when it comes to school. Pumunta ako sa lugar kung saan ko siya nakilala, and I was right, he was there, wala siyang kasama, nagaaral lang siya.

"your adopted right?" I asked. 

kumunot yung nuo niya. "what's with the conversation?" 

"your adopted, and Jusmine is the real daughter, so there is still a chance" I said looking so annoying. 

He sighed heavily and grab he's things. without knowing it wala na siya sa harap ko. 

Tumakbo ako para habulin siya. hinawakan ko siya sa kamay. "bat ba kasi ayaw mong umamin?" 

"tsk. wala akong aaminin, kasi wala akong tinatago" aroganteng sabi nito. 

"Liar" sabi ko. 

He sighed and turned to me. "Look Crizel, don't act like you know me, cause you actually don't. and please. stop playing with me, cause I have no time for that. marami akong hinahabol na notes dahil sa mga namiss ko nung games. find some new toy if you want. Like what I said on the party. I don't like girls like you, so please. leave me alone" He said. at umalis na. 

I felt like crying. I know I'm a bit annoying... okay fine a lot, but he has no right to talk that way to me. 

I sighed. nobody does that shit to Crizel Yuri Quirino. kinuha ko yug high heels ko. at binato ko sakaniya. 

"ARAAAAY!"
