Chapter 8

Masky's P.O.V

I can't believe I just did that. Toby kissed me back, our lips moving in sync. I blushed a crimson red and slowly parted. I looked at Toby, his eyes fluttering open, letting me see those beautiful chestnut brown orbs. I saw his cheeks were tinted a dark red, and I smiled.

"M-Masky?" He said quietly.

"Ya?" I responded.

"Does... Does this mean that w-were a couple now...?"

A couple?

I thought long and hard about that question. "Ya...I guess so." I finally responded not really knowing what to say.

Toby's P.O.V

"Ya... I guess so." My heart skipped a beat. He was really going to be my boyfriend!? I felt a little lightheaded as I took what he just said into consideration. I giggled and hugged him tightly. He smiled and hugged me back. I can't believe this is happening!

"Sh-Should we tell anyone?" I asked, looking into his beautiful brown eyes.

"Nah, not right away anyways," He said. "Let's just keep it between you and me for now, " he said as he pointed me then to himself.

"O-Ok." I responded cheerfully. I think it's for the best of we keep it a secret honestly, I thought to myself.

Masky stood up and held out his hand, which I took as my cheeks were dusted a light shade of pink. He helped me to my feet, and I intertwined our fingers together. He pecked me on the cheek and my light blush got a little darker. We walked all the way home, hand in hand.

I love him so much...

(Is it weird that as I was writing the last part 'Wildest Dreams' by Taylor Swift came on the radio? Lol)
