"I swear to God, Aqueela!" Jay spits, angrily.

"Don't use God's name in vain!" I scold him.

He glares at me from his spot in the corner of the pantry.

I smirk at him when he doesn't respond.

"You should've known that was a bad idea." I reprimand him, shaking my head, tsking him.

"It was worth a shot." He lifts a shoulder.

"Why do you even want to leave? You found me, now stay." I ask him softly, kneeling down in front of him.

"I just wanted to make sure you were okay. Once I found that out, I had to leave. You would eventually meet someone new and . . ." He trails off, deep in thought.

"And?" I ask, trying to find out what he would say.

"Nothing. Forget about it." He says, straying his eyes off mine.

Dang those stupid walls of his.

I sigh and look away, giving up.

"Aqueels, I wasn't sure if he wanted spaghetti or rice so I made him both." Bells says coming in, placing the plates in front of Jay.

"Bon appétit." She smiles kindly.

She leaves the room and I follow her but I'm stopped by the voice of Jay.

"You tied me up." Jay says.

"Yeah, I know." I turn around.

"So how am I supposed to eat?" Jay says, incredulously.

I pause in realization, and say "oh, yeah."

"I can't with you." He sighs.

"I know, but you put up with me everyday so," I say, shrugging, "I don't know what to tell you."

"Where's the fork?" He asks.

I drop a spoon and a napkin next to the plate. "Eat." I smirk

~-.-~

"You do realize we're leaving to LA in December, right?" I ask Bells.

"Yeah, but we need to go shopping!" Bells exclaims, looking at me for a second before returning her eyes to the road.

"For what?"

"The Jingle Ball!" Bells exclaims.

"Hey, control your temper! You are in the control of the vehicle! And guess who's in the vehicle?! Moi! So please don't kill me." I say.

She lets out a sigh and nods. "You're right."

"Aren't I always?"

"Not necessarily." She smirks.

"When was I ever wrong?" I ask, curious for the answer.

She looks at me for 5 seconds as the car comes to slow halt.

10 seconds.

11 seconds.

12 seconds.

15 seconds.

"Alright I was wrong once or twice-" I start but she glares at me even more.

"Okay, so I was wrong in several occasions." I give in.

"Yeah." She agrees, "We're here."

"I told you I didn't want to go somewhere expensive." I tell her as I look at the bright letter shining in blue and silver.
