Chapter 1: First Day of School

Hey guys so this is my first fan fiction and I am writing this in my iPhone 5 so there will be grammatical mistakes. I am sorry in advance. This will also be the only long chapter because I wrote this in notes when I was depressed and I hadn't realised how long it had gotten. Thanks!

Tyler was walking to school when a car pulled up behind him and started to drive very slowly. He started to pick up his pace but the car just drove off. Tyler mind raced as he tried to figure out whose car it was until he saw it parked in the parking lot in front of Columbus High.
He knew that the car looked from liar but decided to go on ahead and go to first period- History. Mrs. Clapper was by far the craziest and most boring teacher to Tyler. So, intentionally, he took a short nap to repay the lost hours of sleep from last night.
3 hours later, Tyler was walking down the halls trying to get to his locker to put away his textbooks when he noticed that there was a new kid at school He was slightly taller than himself, had deep green eyes, and dark purple hair. Tyler immediately felt like he would crush on the new kid. Tyler could feel himself blushing when he heard the bell signaling that school was over.
As Tyler walked home, he saw the new kid across the street waving at him. Tyler decided to wave back and walk across the street to meet him
"Hey I'm Josh. I saw you this morning and I was trying to ask for directions to the school." Explained Josh
"Oh that's funny! I was thinking, do you wanna hang out at lunch tomorrow" said Tyler
"Sure. Thanks man. I think I might have most of my classes with you. Maybe you can help me catch up?" questioned Josh
Tyler could feel himself blushing and asked himself, "was he flirting with me?" Tyler told tried to tell himself that he was probably straight and just needed help with his schoolwork.
After a few moments of awkward silence, Tyler got to his house and saw that Josh had just moved up the street. Internally, Tyler was really exited and couldn't wait until tomorrow.
Tyler was working on his home work when he got a call from his friend Brendon. Brendon was asking if they could meet up at the "tree."
He hiked up the street and walked into the small wood that was at the end of the road. He walked in silence until he arrived to the tree. He climbed up until he found Brendon with a cheeky smile on his face
"Did he know?" Tyler thought. Brendon started talking and asking about Josh. Tyler was very close to Brendon so he told him everything. Tyler was actually quite surprise at how interested Brendon was. So, Tyler decided to ask Brendon for help.
Brendon of course agreed because Tyler had helped him and his boyfriend get together.
Before they knew it, it was dark and walked home. Tyler's mom was in the kitchen not worried at all of where Tyler was or doing. She just said that dinner would be ready in about an hour and that he should finish his homework.
Tyler went upstairs and sat in his bed. He lay there in exhaustion and played on his phone. After about ten minutes of laying there, Tyler got a text front a new number. He answered and within ten seconds a reply came saying that it was Josh. It was josh! Tyler started to blush and text with him. Eventually Tyler's mom had called for dinner but Tyler had fallen asleep.

The next day, Tyler woke to and started walking to school when Josh asked him if he wanted a ride. Tyler accepted and got into the car. Josh broke the silence and asked if he wanted to play music. Josh handed Tyler that AUX cord and their hands touched. Tyler had felt his cold soft hand and then proceeded to plug in his phone.
After a few moments, Vesperteen began to play. Josh immediately said that that was his favorite band and he also really liked grouplove and all time low. Tyler had agreed and then arrived at school.
They got to school and headed over to History. Tyler offered the seat right next to him and Josh took it. Since they were so bored and starter passing notes. Tyler's friend Melanie had invited them both to a party of Saturday. Tyler and Josh were both very exited and said that they would be there.

On Saturday night, Tyler walked up to Josh's house and they both drove over to Melanie's house. Brendon answered the door with the faint small on alcohol. He was drinking. They all walked in to see a couple dozen people dancing drinking talking and eating.
As the bight went on, Brendon suggested playing truth or dare. After a few dares, Tyler was asked,"truth or dare" Tyler obviously said dare and Brendon thought for a moment. Finally, Brendon dared Tyler to kiss Josh. Both Tyler and Josh blushed as they came in and joined lips. After what seems like minutes of their kiss, Brendon shouted, "Get a room!"
Tyler looked awkwardly at Josh for a while and then it was his turn. He had dared Mel to stuff as many chips into her mouth as she could. Mel finally fit 32 chips in her mouth. Suddenly everybody quit truth or dare and started dancing.

The rest of the night was a blur.

The next morning Tyler woke up at noon and hobbled downstairs for something to eat. Tyler had opened the fridge and found leftover taco bell from the night before. As he sat down to eat, he checked his phone and was surprised to see a text from Josh. He wanted to hang out later. Tyler immediately replied saying that they could go to the tree. Tyler got ready and packed a bag with a few things and headed toward Josh's place.

As the two of them walked up the street to the tree, Josh asked Tyler of he was in any relationships. Tyler thought about telling him about his former girlfriend Jenna but decided to just say no. Tyler asked the same and Josh said no. Tyler was really excited and raced Josh to the tree.

At the tree Tyler and Josh sat on one of the branches and drank juice boxes and ate cheese itz. For a few hours the two just talked and laughed. It started to get a little dark out so they walked to Tyler house. Tyler introduced Josh to his family and decided to stay for dinner.

During dinner everybody was talking about their day while Tyler and Josh just glanced at eachother whilst eating casserole. When they were done eating Tyler led Josh up to his room and played on his Xbox. By now it was about 10:00 and Tyler and Josh had fallen asleep on his bed.

Suddenly Tyler was woken up by Josh saying that he didn't know that they had fallen asleep and that it wouldn't be a good idea for their parents to find them in the same bed. After a moment of panic Tyler decided to sleep on the floor instead. Then both Tyler and Josh were asleep again.

It was Monday and neither of the boys wanted to get up. A few moments later, Tyler mom came up and said to get up when she realised that Josh was in his room. His mom immediately very kind and suspicious. Tyler and Josh slowly went to the bathroom to get changed and wash up. When they were done they went downstairs, ate, and then left for school.
