My two best friends in the world are about to die! How could I let this happen?!.. If only I hadn't suggested we go skiing this whole thing would never have happened.
It's all my fault!!! It's always my fault!! Why am I such a failure? All I ever do is cause other people pain..
And then it was decision time.. and I. chose. Lucas.
After I helped Lucas up I tried to run over to help Riley. But I was too late. Before I could hook my arm around her, the branch gave in and she fell. I sacrificed her life in exchange for my own happiness.
I saw Lucas running over to hug me, but I turned away. I made my choice. And there was definitely no going back... but I don't deserve Lucas. And I never will. My life is
**KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK**
It was all a dream. Just a dream Maya, calm down. It wasn't real..
Or was it? I kissed Lucas.
I sacrificed Riley's happiness for mine. I-I am a nothing.

Omg I almost forgot that someone was at the door!! WAIT, who is at the door?! I'm not even at my own house. How could anyone know I'm here?
OH NO.. it's Jack. I just know it. It's gonna be Jack! He's gonna come here and end me. And make life miserable for everyone else.
My mom.. what about my mom??
I can't let Jack hurt her. I could never live with myself (or.. die.. with myself I guess😞) if something were to happen to her.
It's ok.. maybe if I'm quiet enough he will just lea.. *someone kicks the door open*
This is the end. I never thought I would die this way. Although to be perfectly honest.. I never had very high hopes anyway.
And then I saw his face. But not just any face..
"MAYA!! WHAT HAPPENED?!!"
