Natsu's point of view:

Gray had the controller to the PlayStation in his hand, positioning himself so he could see what he was playing as I sat in his lap. I appeared to be reading my novel, though, that was not the case.

Today marks one year since I had to engage Acnologia.

Anything can happen.

Maybe I was being too much of a worry wart because why would he come to me exactly a year from now?

Wouldn't he wait a while?

Yet what was there to wait for?

"Babe I can't see your face but I can tell you are over using your brain."

He placed the controller down and set his head on my shoulder. I faced him and huffed.

"Am not!" I giggled and got off from his thighs.

He eyed me like a hawk.

I smiled cheekily and went to the kitchen.

This year we got lucky to have a dorm to ourselves.

Actually, it was more due so to Zeref. I begged him to ask the principal Makarov and surprisingly he followed through.

I went to grab my medication and felt arms muffle around me.

"I hate how you are almost as tall as me. Now you do not have to ask me to reach for your stuff." My boyfriend whined as I opened the cap.

"Hmph, I don't need your help anymore." I playfully stated.

He unwrapped himself from my body and stood in front of me. He clutched the part of his shirt where his heart was and said, "Hurtful." while sniffing to add more effect.

I laughed before popping my daily amount of antidepressants.

"Stop taking them dry." He scolded.

I stuck my tongue out at him and he rolled his eyes. He leaned against the counter. I placed the bottle to where it belonged and stood beside him.

"Today I am visiting Dr. Ichinose. It's been so long and I never got to..thank him." I muttered quickly.

Gray asked if he should drop me off and I declined.

"You have a lot of work to do. Don't burden yourself with me." I spoke softly.

"I'm not. I want to take you there."

"Gray.."

"Natsu."

"Look you still have to finish your assignment for functions. I will be right back after seeing him." I insisted. Although I explained this, he stared at me as if I would not return.

I kissed his cheek and peered into his eyes.

"No need to worry okay?"

"Okay." He replied quietly.
