My eyes widen with the information Silver had just told me as I glanced back at the two toddlers who where happily playing around. "But why only Sonic? And why then?."

Silver shrugged and placed a hand on my shoulder "Tails is doing all he can to help.." He smiled faintly, Manic running over and tugging on my glove "daddy! Me want ice cream plwease." Silver chuckled quietly and looked over at me as I rubbed my head "but you know what ice cream does to your brother."

Manic whined quietly "but daddy, me want ice crweam!" He plopped on the floor as the blue blur ran out "ice cream?!" I sighed and glance at Silver who grinned at me "I'll take them, how much trouble can it be?" I smirked a little "have fun my friend."

No pov

Tiny blue ears perked as Sonic licked his ice cream happily, tail wagging as Silver chuckled, handing Manic his ice cream and grabbing one for himself. Manic sat on a bench at the park, eating his vanilla cone.

Sonic soon finished his ice cream and ran off, causing a wind that almost mad the oldest fall over "whoah!" Silver yelped, Manic simply continuing to eat "he crazy when he eat ice crweam" the toddler explained calmly.

The blue blur dashed around the park, yelping as a big mud puddle came up.

Shadow

I growl at the two tail fox, hand in fists "why can't you do anything?! He was less then 5 years left!? And why only him?" Tails sighed, ears lowering "I don't know Shadow....I just found out and sent Silver to let you know..."

I hit the wall, making a small dent as I tried to calm down. Tails looked down "just enjoy what you have for now....ill try to fix it." I nod and walked off, ears perked as Silver walked in, all of them covered in mud, Sonic grinning innocently.

A small smile grew on my face as I looked at Silver, who had a derp face on, "easy huh?" I tease, laughing as he rolled his eyes. The two toddlers giggled and ran off as Silver got cold water and ran after them.

I chuckled as they squealed, running faster as he growled. I shake my head and teleported, picking them up as Sonic squealed more, kicking "second bath on the same day" I shake my head, Manic giggling more.

Night

I stare at the ceiling, Sonic and Manic fast asleep beside me on the bed. My ears twitch as Sonic rolled over and nuzzled my side, causing me too purr softly, looking down at the two "seven..seven..seven is too soon" I mumble to myself as two purred happily in their sleep.

I roll over slightly and sighed, closing my eyes "there was to be a way..." I tell myself, slowly falling asleep and purring softly as Sonic and Manic snuggle closer. "I won't let anything happen to the two of them..."
