Prompt: It's been a year since the whole John Adams interview and let's just say that y/n really helped Lauren forget the way he treated you both. You both recently moved to a different house to have more privacy from all the media attention, which only got worse after the interview. John had somewhat apologised but you didn't care, you had Lauren which was all that you cared about. However, Lauren has suddenly come down with a strong fever, no not Bieber fever, baby fever. Lately, Lauren has been making you watch baby shows and even looking in baby stores, saying she's looking for her goddaughters.

Today started normally but when you got home, Lauren had a surprise planned for you. One you'd never forget.

Your P.O.V

Today started like any day. Lauren making me breakfast, as she's on break right now, me going to a photoshoot where I was stared at by some random model, who already had a boyfriend but I mean... I'm hot asf (no joke guys 😂😍) and then I wold make my way back home to my lover. Boring and predictable, I know but lately things have changed. Lauren has been obsessing over kids, sounds normal right? Wrong, the other day she asked if we could go for a walk through the park, I said yes because I'm whipped, but while we were there she completely ignored me and started to look at the kids playing in the park. One of the young lil shits playing came up to us and gave Lauren a flower saying "he thought a beautiful girl needed a beautiful flower". Smooth child... but back off kid

Since that day, Lauren has gone into every baby store in Miami, read probably every single baby book ever written, and even said about changing the spare bedroom in our house into baby room. When I asked her why she simply replied "for my goddaughters duh" I knew it wasn't true but it's so hard to say no to her, DAMN YOU PLANET GREEN EYES ATTACK YOU! So now our spare bedroom has two cots and tonne of baby clothes and toys. No colour scheme because she wants it to be gender neutral. UGH what am I going to do?

I know what you're thinking, she wants a baby. Honestly, I do too but there's this voice in the back of my mind telling me that I won't be the dad that a child would need or want. My dad was a shit father and I'll probably be one too, it's mostly likely Lauren will raise the child alone because I'll be useless. The way Lauren is acting right now, I may have to just forget what they say and try, right? I mean Lauren will be a great mum and maybe she can help me? Or her dad? Ugh I don't know anymore. I'm so scared to disappoint her, ever since we started dating she's always mentioned having children and back then I had the excuse that we were too young but now I have nothing because we are older, richer and can provide stability for a child. I know that Lauren tour but I have popular YouTube account so I could swap careers and drop modelling or just do it less and focus on my YouTube account

"BABE!!" I hear Lauren call me

"Yes my amazingly talented, sexy yet beautiful girlfriend what can I do?" I ask as I enter the bedroom, which is where she is right now. I walk in to see her sat on the bed patting a space next to her

"We need to talk y/n" her voice becomes serious suddenly

My body tenses and she can see the change in my demeanour "do we have to? I mean it's still early we can go out if you want or-" she cuts me off

"No y/n! we need to talk. I can't hold it in anymore" Wait, what? Hold what in? What has she got to say? Or about to do or day?

"Lauren? What are you trying to say?" I don't want to think the worst thing but how can I not?
