Allegiances and prologue

Leader: Mistystar- gray she-cat with blue eyes.
Deputy: dustclaw- white and black tom with amber eyes.

Medicine cat: Rainshine- beautiful silver she-cat with white paws and a white tail tip.

Warriors: Mudtail- brown tabby tom with black ear tips and black stripes.

Sunriver- russet colored she-cat with amber eyes Apprentice,Larkpaw- black tom with brown spots

Robinwing: orange sleek tabby tom Apprentice,Shimmerpaw,(gray she-cat with white dappled fur.)

Brackenflight- Golden tabby she-cat with light gray paws and light blue eyes.

Troutleap: energetic dark gray tom with black tail tip and paws

Frostbreeze- white she-cat with dark blue eyes Apprentince,Mintpaw, cream colored tom with one black paw

Flowersong- russian blue she-cat

Ryewhisker-black tom with two white paws

Poppynose: fluffy golden she-cat

Minnowfur- light gray tom Apprentice,Mosspaw,(light brown tabby tom with white tail tip)

Moondust- silver she-cat with three white paws and dark gray stripes- (currently staying in the nursery to watch her adopted kits Cheetahkit, and pebblekit)

Ferntail- yellow she-cat with white paws

Badgerpelt- muscular black and white tom.

Redfur- dark red tom

Bramblepelt- gray and brown tom with a ragged pelt

Featherwing: silver and white tabby she cat

Queens:
Thrushwing-yellow she-cat with a shy personality. mother to adderkit, rufflekit and applekit also caring for cheetahkit and pebblekit.

Moondust- silver she-cat with three white paws and dark gray stripes (watching over her adopted kits cheetahkit and pebblekit)

Elders- Shadeleaf- dark brown she-cat

Sneezecloud- gray and white tom

Foxtooth- russet colored tom with unusually large tooth

Nightwhisper: completely black she-cat

~~Prologue~~
Moonlight spilled through the leaves of the trees looming over Moondust and Rainshine, Riverclan's medicine cat.
"Will you protect them with your life Moondust?" She questioned me. I sighed "of course, I will love them and care for them the same way you would if medicine cats could have kits." She nodded at me in deep gratitude, "it will be the best for the clan, me, and the kits." She said with her voice cracking with the begaining of a sob. I felt sympathy towards her, I can only imagine the pain she feels. "Oh, and what are the kits names?" I mewed changing the subject. Rainshine glanced at her paws for a second then turned her watery green eyes to me"Pebblekit and cheetahkit, they look like their father foxwing!" Foxwing was formally a rogue named prince that fell in love with rainshine after he saved her from twolegs that captured her, so he decided to join the clans when she returned home. Though he chose to be in Shadowclan because it would be best for his new clan and Rainshine's clan not to know they where mates, and the best way to do that was to join a different clan. So after she had his kits he always wanted one for himself as well, but without any cat knowing it was his. "So, what is a Cheetah?" I asked curiously. "Oh yes I named her after my friend, cheetah who lives with her twolegs, she was there for me when her twolegs captured me. She told me they were huge, lengthy, incredibly fast cats, and that they were covered in spots! So when I saw cheetahkit's spotted pelt for the first time I just Knew what to call her!" What a strange name, but that's how Rainshine is! Very creative and smart. She gently picked up some strange smelling herbs and some soft soil and placed it in front of me. I lay down and rolled vigorously  in the herbs and dirt, feeling the juices and dirt soak into my pelt I wrench myself to my feet and shake off the extra derbris. I glance over at Rainshine who was washing her fur in the river to get the scent of birth off her while I now smelled like herbs and dirt to make my pelt smell like I had given birth. When Rainshine had finished grooming her fur, she walks over to where Cheetahkit and Pebblekit were snoozing and bends her head holding Cheetahkit by the scruff she picks her up and beckons for me to get Pebblekit. I rushed over scooping up Pebblekit by the scruff as I turn and follow Rainshine back to our clan. we arrive at the bushy entrance to  riverclan a few moments later. As soon as I push through the entrance with Rainshine and the kits I already feel my clanmates overwelming shock and exitement wreave around me. Just as I get a bunch of questions hurtled at me! "Moondust? I didn't know you were expecting kits!" Sunriver chirped in awe. "Did you help her give birth Rainshine?" Larkpaw asked next. "Who is your mate?" Flowersong implied. All the questions overwelmed me, but I took in a breath and replied "Yes, I was expecting kits, but they came early. And yes um, rainshine helped me when I gave birth, oh and lastly, my mate was a Shadowclan tom, but he died in battle before my kits are born, and it is too late to punish me my kits have already been born, my mate is dead, and I am very regretful of breaking the warrior code, so I promise to be a loyal warrior from now on. Mistystar who was watching from her den puts in "I am honored to have two new arrivals join today, but I don't want anyone else to keep it a secret that they are expecting kits with a cat from a different clan." Mistystar croaks her voice cracking with age. I looked lovingly opon my adopted kits and purred before I reply I am swallowed into a vision. I was standing in a lake of blood. Everywhere I looked there was  blood, I panicked and scrambled backwards blood sticking to my fur, it matted in my fur uncomfortably. It was caked on my legs and trickling down my paws. It got threateningly higher and higher. Desperately I let out a terrified caterwaul panting and churning my paws in the blood. Until a sparkling gray cat appeared out of the blood, it was Cinderpelt, an old Thunderclan medicine cat that died long long ago. She looked at me with such seriousness in her eyes I thought she could scourch my fur just by glancing at me. "Moondust listen carefully there is great danger coming for all the clans." Cinderpelt meowed intensively her sparkling pelt almost see-through "What? Wait, what do you mean?" I lashed my tail. She ignored my question and mewed "Blood will lead a storm to rage the forest." Cinderpelt informed me. "WHAT?!?! What is going on?!?!?!?" I yowled taking a step backwards. Cinderpelt looked at me with sorrow glazed in her eyes as her starry pelt faded along with the vision. I blinked open my eyes panting and clawing the ground. "Moondust? Are you ok?" Rainshine asked with concern in her gaze, along with the eyes of my clanmates staring at me in surprise "oh yes, oh yes! Im.. fine I just uh... I thought I saw a.... dog." I stammered still shaking from the vision. "Blood will lead a storm to rage the forest" Cinderpelt's words echoed in my mind. "Moondust! There are no dogs here!" Rainshine chuckled. "Yeah, oh! Since I don't have any milk, what do I do about, my kits?" I stammered changing the subject. Rainshine's smile faded "Oh, Yeah... lets let um thrushwing take care of them! She has her own kittens anyway." Rainshine pointed out. "I will still stay in the nursery to enertain them and watch them anyways, I just want to feel like i'm their mother" I purred forgeting about the terrifying vision. "Yeah that would be great." Rainshine meowed her voice cracking. I placed my tail on her back. "I'm sorry Rainshine, but somethings have to happen, and you can still visit them in the nursery, even though they may not know you are their mother" I soothed trying to cheer her up "Yes, I suppose you're right." Rainshine murmured her ears pricking up. "Now come on lets introduce them to Thrushwing." I chirped. Rainshine nodded her head and picked up Cheetahkit while I picked up Pebblekit and trotted to the nursery. As we entered Thrushwing looked up from her nest drousily "hello, what is it?" she yawned stretching her legs. "Hello Thrushwing, I just gave birth to Cheetahkit and Pebblekit, but my milk hasn't come. So I was wondering if you could care for them, I will still be here with them in the nursery but I can't give them milk." I meowed. "Of course! I just love kits! I would be honored to care for them." She purred. "Thank you so much" I dipped my head purring with joy and relief. I looked over at rainshine sitting quietly in the corner of the den. I vowed poundering I will keep your secret forever, Rainshine.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
