Chapter 13: Chickening Out

Then I heard 5 voices muttering stuff.

"Whats wrong with her?

Should someone check on her?

Who should check on her?

Should we leave her alone?

I think we should leave her alone

I think we should find out whats wrong?

Who does she trust the most other then CC?

I guess me?

Ok Jinxx, you go talk to her, we'll get out" I heard all of them say but I couldn't tell who said what.

Then I heard 8 bare feet moving away and then I heard the door close.

"Sarah? Can I come in?" I heard Jinxx say.

"Sure" I muttered into my pillow and my curtain was pulled open.

I looked out to make sure everyone was gone and that was confirmed.

"What happend back there?" Jinxx asked sitting in my bunk with me.

"I don't know, I guess I chickened out?" I said with a shrug.

"What were you going to say?"

"I was going to tell him I was ready for a relationship but I guess my brains not ready to say it."

"Well tell me next time your going to try to say it and I'll help you through it alright?"

"Alright. Jinxx"

"yea?"

"You feel like a big brother to me"

"Really?" He asked suprised.

"yea" I said with a satisfied smile.

"Well I'm glad that you feel that way about me"

"Your super sweet, I don't expect that from your um.. look" I said with a smirk.

"I've been told I'm sweet but I guess its the Iowa boy coming out." He said with a really sweet smile.

"Well I like that about you. I love you Jinxx, as a brother."

"I love you to, as a sister" He said quickly correcting himself. "You feel like a little sister to me"

"Really?"

"Yea, I have one but I don't get to see her much so its nice having one on tour with me. You come to me with problems and you trust me and you talk to me."

"Wow, I guess I do. Well I'm going to try to tell CC tomorrow."

"Ok then like tap me or something when your about to do it."

"I'll tap you on your shoulder."

"Alright" He said starting to get up. "Is that all" He asked.

"I'm pretty sure"

"Alright, you know where to find me if you need me."

"Ok, bye Jinxx. I'm going to try to get some sleep to clear my mind."

"Alright" Jinxx said and then I saw him disapear into the front of the bus.

JINXX'S POV

I walked out and the guys bombarded me with questions while surrounding me every which way.

"Whats wrong with her?

Did she tell you?

What happened

Is she mad?

Is she sad?

What did she te-"

"GUYS GUYS!" I yelled which made them shut up and disperse.

"I don't wanna share what we talked about. I don't think she wants anyone to know at the moment. If somethings really bothering her she'll let you guys know when shes ready alright?" I said.

"Fine" They all moaned and sighed.

"And NO pressuring her to tell you guys whats wrong alright?"

"Fineeeee" They said and slouched on the couches.

"Wait" Jake said.

"Where is she" Andy asked looking around.

"She said she was going to take a nap to clear her head."

"Ummm alright" Ash said.

They better leave her alone about this or some ass is going to get kicked.
