Admitting to pain

"What's wrong baby?" Allie started crying, Bea just sobbed
"Sorry i uh.. couldn't protect you like i wanted to" Allie hit Bea gently
"Are you kidding? There isn't a scratch on me. You just took a massive beating for me i feel so fucking bad this is all my fault" Bea shook her head instantly
"No you're my queen i need to protect you" Bea said smiling, so did Allie she placed a passionate kiss on Beas lips lasting forever
"God i'm in a lot of pain" Bea hissed
"What can i do? Anything?" Bea nodded
"Yeah just stay here with me.. please" Allie smiled
"Of course i will, ill be here with you forever"Bea kept tossing and turning, in the end she sat up the pain was unbearable
"Go to medical please!" Allie had been begging her ever since but Bea being herself was too stubborn
"Knock knock" Franky walked in
"Hows it going?" Allie shook her head and filled her in on Beas pain, 20 minutes later the nurse walked in
"What are ya doing here?" Bea said surprised
"If you're not going to medical, ill bring them to you" Allie said smirking
"Fuck sake" Bea gasped, the nurse checked her over, a couple of cracked ribs and a swollen jaw, giving her some pills the nurse then left. Bea just glared at her lover
"Well if you weren't so stubborn she wouldn't of visited us here" Allie said walking over
"Yeah well i can't protect you from medical can i?" Bea sarcastically replied
"Yeah well babe they are not coming after me anymore thanks to you" Bea just smiled

Lying in bed together for a while Bea was mumbling stuff, half asleep and off on pills
"Go to sleep baby you are exhausted" Allie said kissing her forehead
"No.. i need to protect you" Allie let out a sad smile, she was sick of Bea worrying about her all the time, Allie worried about Bea so much. Her red headed lover had been through so much in her life but yet was still protecting the ones she loved
"I'm safe here with you don't worry" Allie tried massaging Beas head to get her to sleep but she fought it and the pills too. Bea sat up, releasing herself from Allies embrace
"Come back beautiful" The blonde headed girl gestured for her to sit next to her but Bea being stubborn shook her head
"Look at you Bea.. let yourself rest please" She once again shook her head yawning her head off

Bea and Allie walked out heading to the unit, walking slowly as Allie had her arm latched around Bea keeping her awake
"Shit Red you look like crap!" Franky ran over helping Allie
"Shes so exhausted but won't sleep she still thinks i'm in danger" The tattooed chick just rolled her eyes
"Oh Red shes safe"
"No..i can't leave her" Franky rubbed her legs
"What about you sleep and ill stay with Allie the whole time" Bea shook her head
"No i have to" Allie was so angry at the Stone girls for making Bea this way, but then Franky hit the nail on the head
"Well Bea think about it, if you're exhausted how are you going to defend Allie? She would be more of a target then" Bea's gaze met Franky's then Allies
"Shit" Bea mumbled, Franky escorted Bea to her cell
"You can stay here until ya wake up, ill stay with Allie yeah?" Bea nodded Allie planting a kiss on her forehead
"Goodnight baby i love you" Allie whispered
"I love..you beautiful..girl" Bea mumbled as she fell asleep

Allie kept checking on Bea, her eyes watering. She loves Bea so much and hates seeing her like this
"Eh blondie you okay?" Meeting Franky's gaze she responded
"Yeah just worried ya know how it is" She smirked and nodded.
The crew came back from dinner walking in on Bea at the table reading a magazine
"Well afternoon Red" Bea just smirked
"Hey" she let out softly, Bea felt hands touch her shoulders looking up to see Allie smiling, Allie searched Beas eyes she could see hurt and pain in her eyes, she didn't know if it was actually her pain or something else. Bea smiled back but it didn't reach her eyes. Allie knelt down and whispered
"Are you okay?" Bea didn't say anything but ignored the question
"Hey Booms wanna play some cards?" Boomer pounced up
"Shit yeah eh Bea if i win you have to tell me something else that i want to know" Bea just nodded, after playing for a while Bea planted her cards on the table
"What the fuck" Boomer shouted
"You won...but you never win" Boomers jaw hitting the ground, Bea smirking she gets to ask Boomer a question. Everyone watching as Bea thinks of something
"Alright Boomer.. i need some time to think of a great question so give me until tomorrow then ill have one" Boomer just nodded
"You got it Bea"

Bea hadn't spoken to Allie since she woke up, Bea just felt off, she didn't understand why
"Goodnight ladies" Bea said walking out of the unit leaving Allie there. Allie looked to Franky who was looking at her stunned
"Whats wrong with her?" Allie just shrugged

Bea was lying down on the bed watching Tv, she wasn't really paying attention to it but lost in her own thoughts. The knob on the door turned, looking she saw Allies head popping around the corner
"Hey beautiful what ya doin here by yourself?" Bea just shrugged
"I dunno to tell the truth" Allie smiled little and walked in
"I'd love to be here with you too ya know" Allie pulled her into her embrace. Staying like that for a while until Bea broke the silence
"I don't feel like me"
"What do ya mean?"
"I just feel different.. maybe it's the pills" Allie kissed her
"You know.. i use to feel like that all the time" Bea looked up into Allies gaze
"I just learn't to open up and talk about it.. especially with you.. it's easy and since i trust and love you it makes it easier" Bea smiled and Allie did back.
"Im sorry for putting you in danger" Bea dropped her head to the floor
"You didn't do anything Bea"

Bea was sitting in Allies lap, Allie stroking them curls gently
"You're so amazing" she mumbled
"Go to sleep babe" Allie kissing her forehead
"It's cold"
"It's not cold" Allie said leaning down kissing her gently, Allie took Beas hand and led her to bed getting under the blankets and cuddling her tight
"Better?"
Bea smiled at the feel of Allie
"Heaps!" Bea rubbed her arm. Allie loved Beas touch its so soothing and calm. Once again they fell asleep in each others embrace.
