I sighed quietly as I sat down next to Ron the following day.

At least it was Saturday.

"Good morning, Ron." I said.

"Good morning, (y/n)." He replied quickly.

His ears were a bit pink.

I suddenly remembered that today was the first Hogsmeade trip.

I really wanted to ask him but.....I just didn't now how...

I sighed quietly and started eating.

Why can't I just ask a boy if he would come to Hogsmeade with me?

Why?

Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy???

'Just do it.' I told myself.

I took a deep breath "um... W-would you like to go to Hogsmeade with me today?" I asked.

Ron, who had been staring at something else, immediately turned his attention to me.

"Well....." His ears went pink again.

"I'm actually going with someone else." He said, not looking directly at me.

Crap. I messed up.

WAIT SOMEONE ELSE?!

"Th-that's okay, I meant it to be like... Like a friend thing is all." I said before quickly standing up and leaving the great hall.

Why'd I have to do that?!

WHY?!

...... great.... I've lost my chance...

OOOOOKAY I know this is a short chapter, but.....eh, I kinda felt like writing a shorter one today.

ANYWAYS I'm having a contest!!!
