***MEG'S POV***

Today is a Thursday, my absolute favourite day of the week.

Wondering why Thursday of all crazy weekdays would be my favourite? Well that's easy, it's because every Thursday my family friends come back to our place after school. And we always have fun. Always.

"Meg!" I turn around and see a smiling Sophie running towards me with her bag slinged over her shoulder.

Sophie has lovely brown curls cascading down in her side pony-tail and her pretty hazel eyes sparkle under her long lashes.

"Meg where's everybody else? Aren't they out yet?"

I giggled "I don't know Meg. But shouldn't you know where my stupid brother Will is? He's in your class after all."

"Well I don't know I obviously wasn't paying attention to him because it's Thursday! Oh and where did Steph run off to I saw her just a second ago..."

I sighed "Hm... I don't know she was just behind me before... No wait she's over there talking to Tessa and Gracie"

Stephanie or Steph as we call her has a darker brown hair colour than Sophie and hers is straight with a slight flick at the end. Her eyes are a deep chocolate brown and has clear olive skin.

"Okay we'll get her later. Let's get the littlies"

"Fine" I sighed

After getting Mel, Jenny and Nat we manage to find Nick and Will trying to drag Steph away from her friends.

Melanie looks nothing like her older sister (Sophie) as she has medium straight blonde hair with bright blue eyes.
Jenny, my sister has long blonde hair and blue-grey eyes and has a round baby face.

Natalie (Sophie and Mel's youngest sister) has a slightly darker blonde hair than Mel that is cut just below her shoulders and is quite tall for her age and like her sisters is super skinny (but definitely not anorexic!) and has lighter blue eyes than Melanie but wears glasses.


"Nick! You know he's gonna be late again so there's no point taking me away!" said Steph struggling to get out of her brothers grip.

When Steph referred to 'he' she meant my dad who was always late to pick us up so we mostly ended up on the office floor waiting for him to come.

I may as well take the time to tell you about me, my brother Will and Nick (Steph's brother).

I'm Meg as I told you before. I have medium length dark blonde hair and blue-green eyes with a bit of hazel around my pupil. Most of the time I wear my hair in plaits because it's easier having your mum be happy with your tidy hair than annoyed at your messy room. (A/N: Im so glad I'm out of the plaits phrase)

Will, my brother is a bit less than fifteen months older than me and unlike me and my younger sister he has chocolate brown hair (A/N: that would look nicer if he would wash it more often! Yeah I'm talking to you William!) that looks best when its shiny and CLEAN and not short (A/N dad you are probably ruining his life every time you try to cut his hair cause you know his worried you're gonna shave off his ear one day) and grey-blue eyes.

Nick like his sister has dark brown hair but obviously it's cut shorter than hers and is probably a darker shade. His fringe hangs over his forehead and when it gets in his way he swooshes his head to the side (A/N is swooshes a real word?) and it's really annoying cause it's just like 'JUST CUT IT OFF ALREADY!' (UPDATE: its not long anymore, its actually quite short)

Anyway....

Just as we were about to die of boredom my dad burst through the office door "Sorry Carmel I was late!" he apologized to the office lady then rounded us out of the door with screams of "I call shotgun!" "No I said it first!" "But I don't wanna walk!" "Too bad I called shotgun so I'm in the front seat!" "David tell them I said it first!" "Dad! You know he didn't!" (David is my dad's name)

"Ok, I'll tell you what the first to the car gets shotgun. Go!"

And all of us ran to the best of our abilities to get there first. It was obvious from the start the boys were going to get there first so when we got there it was no surprise they were shoving each other out of the way to get into the front seat.

"Will I so got here first so I get shotgun!" Nick whined. Yep that's right, he whined like some little kid.

"It was a tie!" said my brother rolling his eyes

"Yeah but I get shotgun cause I'm cooler than you!"

"I get shotgun cause I'm smarter than you!"

Guys are so immature.

"Both of you won't be in the front!" said dad shook his head at the boys
"You have to walk, in fact all of you do apart from Jenny and Natalie"

"What!?" we all shouted, then sighed "Fine" we said as we saw the look on dad's face.

He drove off in our old, beat-up, green Ford car beeping goodbye to us or maybe it was to tease us that we weren't there in the car with them and without another word we set off in the direction of our normal route, although the silence didn't last long it was nice while it was there. Steph was having a loud conversation with Mel and Nick and Will were kicking a rock to each other as we walked while Sophie and I went over the best bits of our day.

After a few minutes and a turn of a corner there was a large crowd of pigons cluttering up the footpath and a bit of the nature strip.
Sophie and I carefully shooed them away while Steph and Mel danced around, almost squashing a few birds and Nick ran out in front moving all the birds to one side when we heared a shout and all turned our heads.

There was a lady across the road sahouting at us and then she ran onto the road still shouting and getting in the way of cars and trucks.

"How dare you! Don't you know they have lifes too! Or do you just want to try to kill them for fun!?! I can't believe you would even do such a thing! Never have I seen such disrespectful behavior in my whole life!" The lady said almost screaming

"Um... Excuse me but I actually have no idea what you're talking about" smirked Nick .

"You think this is funny?!! You think this is fun?!? I'll tell you what's fun! When you get put in jail for animal cruelty!" she glared at Cody

"Wha-?" said Steph looking at Mel with a confused sideways glance at us all.

"Oh so you think this is funny to now do you?! Well it's not funny!! These poor creatures are suffering because of people like you!"

Then it finally clicked "The pigeons?"

She looked up at me with her crazed look "YES" she almost shouted.

"Um... Sorry we didn't know we were hurting the pigeons and we won't do it again" said Sophie as calm as she could

"Fine" huffed the crazy lady "But if I ever see you doing that again I'm calling the police!"

"Uh...ok..." said Nick and with that she stormed back across the street not watching for cars like before.

"Crazy pigeon lady" muttered Nick and we all laughed and decided that's what we're all going to call her from now on.

True story! But we haven't seen her since so maybe she got run over...

P.P.S ummm sorry guys it was really late at night when I wrote this so it might be a bit muddled but I'll fix it up later and as for my blabbering I couldn't be bothered deleting it and plus it was kinda funny cause normally I'm not that crazy :)
