Sabrina lives in Australia with her parents, then something happened that leaves her with only her Mum. They end up moving to LA for her Mums new job and they move in next door to an amazing family and she falls in love with the boy next door.

1 Year Later
Sabrina's Pov
"Family meeting," I heard mum yell from the living room. We all go up and walked to her. When we got there we all sat around mum.
"Ok so i think this house is getting to small for the 9 of us," Mum says
"Mum are you moving," I asked almost in tears
"Troi, you can't move," Annie said
"No, I'm not moving, i was thinking we could all move, don't say no until after," Mum said
"After what," Katie asked
"Tomorrow, theres an open house, we can go check it out," Mum said
"What's it like," Billy asked
"Its amazing, its huge, it has a pool, a water view, it would be perfect for us," Mum said
"Sounds cool," I said
"Yeah, I'm ok with moving," Caleb said
"What about gym and your guys work," Annie asked
"Its actually closer to both then where we are here," Mum said
"Ok," Katie said
•The Next Day•
We got there and all got out of the car.
"Woah," Hayley said see how big the house actually was
"This house is incredible," Annie said
"Lets go see inside," Mum said as we all went inside and looked around
We went inside and looked around, there is like 3 stories, it was so cool, we started on the bottom floor and worked our way up. There were 2 sides of downstairs, we went towards the left side first, there was a big bedroom with a walk in closest and a bathroom then there was 4 other rooms.
"I like it down here," Caleb said
"Yeah, its good," I said
We then went to the other side of the first level, it had a gym/workout area and an indoor pool. We the went upstairs one level, there were was the living room, kitchen, study, rooms like that, that level was very open and you could see the water very clearly. We went to the top level were there were 5 big bedrooms all with an bathroom and walk in closet, plus about 4 other spare rooms. We went back down to the second floor because thats where you go out the back to the pool and deck area.
"I love this house," Hayley said
"Yeah me too," Annie said
We kept walking past the pool gate onto the grass, we were all standing on the grass against the fence when Annie noticed something.
"Whats down there," Annie asked
"Down where," Mum said
"Down that trail," She asked
"No sure," Mum said
"Can we go down there," She asked
"Yeah," Hayley asked
"You two can't go alone," Katie said
"I'll go with them," Mum said
Annie's Pov
Troian, Hayley and i were walking for about 2 minutes down the trail before we reached some sand, there was sand and the the ocean.
"This is incredible, our own private beach," Annie said
"We better go back up," Troian said
Sabrina's Pov
"What was down there," Caleb asked when they came back up
"Our own private beach," Annie said happily
"Thats amazing," Caleb said
•That Night•
We were all sitting around the table talking about the new house and whether or not we should move.
"I'm hungry," Hayley said
"Yeah me to," Annie said
"I'll order a pizza," Mum said
Mum ordered the pizza and we continued to talk then the pizza came.
"I like the house and think it would be perfect for our family," Mum said
"I do to, i think it would be nice for our family," I said
