Newts P.O.V:
"Megan. You were banished 3 years ago." My voice cracked. I don't know if it was from pain or the fact she didn't know.
"No... no it can't be." She sounded worried.
I could feel myself slowly accepting unconsciousness. My vision was blurry and I'm pretty sure my ankle is broken. Worst part... it's starting to get dark. She seemed to notice too.
"Can you walk?" She asked me.
"No I don't think I can on my own."
"Shuck Newt. Your bleeding."
I didn't even realize the huge cut on my face. It wasn't deep. But it was still bleeding.
"I'll get you back to the glade." She said breaking the silence.
"Will you come with me?"
"Into the Glade... No I won't." She began to help me up and slung my arm over her shoulder. And we started to walk towards the glade.

~Skipping to the doors cause I'm lazy~

Megan's P.O.V:

I got Newt to the doors. He passed out halfway there so I pretty much had to carry him. He lost a lot of blood.
I peered around the corner into the glade. Everyone was at dinner now. I walked Newt to the very edge and set him on the ground. I couldn't bring myself to set foot into the glade.
"Goodbye Newt." I said to him.
I walked into the maze a bit and screamed at the top of my lungs. Once I saw all the Gladers start to walk towards the doors I took off.

I finally got to my beloved wall and climbed up. At the top I walked over towards the glade until I could see it. I saw the boys carrying Newt to Homestead.
"How'd he get back here?"

"What the shuck happened?"

"He screams like a girl."
"Shut it Minho!" Alby snapped.

The doors began to rumble and that was my cue to go to bed. I unrolled my mat and soon sleep greeted me like an old friend.

WICKED's P.O.V:

"Ma'am?" Janson asked.
"Yes. What is it Janson?"
"It's subject A5. He tried to commit suicide."
"Was he successful?"
"No ma'am. We were able to save him. But subject A1 brought him back to safety. There still might be hope that she will return. If so the cure should be easier to obtain."
"Janson. Do whatever it takes to bring her back then."
"Yes ma'am. Do you have a preferred method?"
"Yes. Hurt her in front off A7. He will have no choice but to bring her back."
"Understood."

Newt's P.O.V(again):
When I woke up I was back in Homestead. I was laying in the medjacks room on a bed. My ankle was wrapped and propped up. How did I get here? Then all of my memories of the maze came back. Megan. She's still alive! I have to find her.
"And the shank lives!" Minho yelled as he entered the room.
"Thanks for all your concern Minho."
"No problem man. There's plenty more where that came from. But seriously what happened? How did you get back?"
I explained everything to Minho except the part about Megan finding me.
"Dude Alby won't let you run again with that story."
"I know. That's why I'm going to tell him I tripped and fell."
"Really that's what your going to tell Alby?"
"Tell me what?" Speaking of the devil. Alby walked in.
"How I bloody did this." I gestured to my ankle.
"I'm more concerned how you got back?"
"It was Megan. She is still alive. All of that missing supplies. They were taken by her."
