Daddy Is Silly All Of The Time...

Justin's POV:

We all boarded the plane, headed back to California.

Canada wasn't what I expected...but it could've been worse.

I carried Christina to the bed in the play area, and laid her down. She was asleep, and I didn't want to wake her.

Fran went to the back of the plane, and Jada and I stayed in the front.

Except, this time Jada went to the seat across from mine, not wanting to interact with me.

I looked over to her, and she had her legs crossed, and she was smiling at her phone.

Who was she texting? A guy?

I'm pretty sure its a guy....

I sighed out loud, which caught her attention.

Jada's POV:

I heard Justin sigh, and turned my head over to see what his problem was.

He turned his gaze over to me, and our eyes locked for a split second, until I turned away.

I looked back down at my phone, and smiled again.

I was texting my mom, who was complaining about my sister.

She was too funny!!!

Mama💞: She needs to go!!! Her and Omar are driving me crazy!!! 😭

Me: Omgg mom chill!! They're not that bad.

Mama💞: Yeah, cause hearing moans and groans every night from her room isn't "that bad"

Me: Ewwwwww 😷😷

Mama💞: Yeah...

Me: So mom? Can I come over tmw? I'll help around the house...

"Jada..."

I looked over to Justin, who has his eyes locked on mine.

"What?"

"Babe, I'm really really sorry."

"That's nice."

"Jada, please just listen to m-"

Ding!!!

Mama💞: You don't have to try and bribe me. You're the good child.😂

I laughed at my moms reply and texted her back.

Me: You're too crazy. And meet you around 6 ish?

Mama💞: 6? Cant take it sweetheart. My bookclub starts @ 6...how about 2?

Me: Can't. I'm meeting up with a friend.

Mama💞: Awww 😔

Me: It's okay mom. How about we meet up on Saturday. 3:00 PM at Jumbo's

Mama💞: Sounds like a plan 😃

"Jada?"

"What?"

"Who are you texting?"

"My mother."

"Oh..."

I saw Justin hesitantly get up from the chair, and walk to the back of the plane, as Christina's words flooded into my mind.

"But, Daddy is silly all of the time..."
