"Hey." Luke's hands were on my waist, my shirt was raised.

"How are you feeling?" I ask.

"I've got you, so I'm pretty good." he grins.

"Luke, you know you can't really have me. My mom would kill us and send you back." I pout.

"What's wrong with some secrets?" he shrugged.

"Secrets are always revealed in the end." I sighed.

"What if by that time it doesn't matter?" he argues.

"Like when you're back in Australia and I'm stuck here?" I fire back.

"We have a year left of school. After this semester, we're done. Yes, I will go back to Australia, and you'll be here... but not forever. I'm sure we can figure something out?" He grips my side.

"Yeah like meet in the middle of the ocean?" I roll my eyes.

"If you think I'm worth it." he pouts.

"Hey, we hardly know each other." I groan.

"Well, why don't you let me get to know you?" Luke asks.

"Okay. But as friends." I remove his hands and get out of bed.

"You think you can handle that?" he stands up and wraps his arm around my waist, pressing my back against his chest and whispers in my ear, "You let me get this close to you because you want me."

And as I kicked my foot back to hit him in the groin, it was my way of telling him he was very wrong.
