Architect
You loved the design of buildings ever since you were a little kid. The different styles and textures of buildings had always piqued your interest. You'd eventually gotten your degrees and everything. You were so proud of yourself. Peter loved when you talked about you latest project, or your newest design. Not because he was interested in the topic, but because he loved seeing the way your face lit up when you talked about it.

Pietro
Fashion designer
You always had an eye for colors and patterns, and what worked and what didn't. You went to college for fashion designing, and was now working for H&M. Pietro respected your work, but sometimes it annoyed him when he went somewhere important. ("Your gonna wear that tie with that shirt? Do you want them to take you seriously?")

Wanda
Choreographer
You had seen dancing with the stars, you had watched the moves they did in the movies and shows, dancing had just astounded you growing up. As you grew up you took dancing classes and was a dance major in college, now here you were choreographing whatever came your way!

Natasha
Shield psychologist
You were a pretty messed up kid growing up. You had a morbid sense of humor, was very interested in the human mind rather than sports like everyone else, and tried to figure out everyone's emotions by looking at them. Psychology naturally attracted your attention when it was time to choose a career. Eventually Shield approached you about a job opportunity, and you happily accepted.

Loki
Tony Stark's assistant.
Your family owned a place that fixed up cars (I can't remember what they're called!) as a kid, and seeing your dad and siblings tune up cars and work with gears, you wanted to be nothing but an engineer. You'd gotten your degree and everything but the best paying job was Tony's assistant. It wasn't that bad though, Tony explained the science of some of his suits and other gizmos, then let you work on the ones that needed work.

Bucky
Shield agent.
As a kid you wanted to save people. At the playground you punched the bullies, in college you shamed the creep away from some poor girl, you hardly showed fear. Then Shield approached you about being one of their agents, and you jumped at the offer.

Tony
Private Inspector.
You always wanted top be a cop as a kid but after going through the academy, you figured it would be more interesting to be a P.I. Tony thought it was the coolest thing that you were a P.I, yet it was also annoying at times for both of you when Tony was either drunk or just impulsive. ("Tony that's illegal" "gosh Tony you'll get arrested!")

T'challa
Waitress.
Yes it sounds degrading, but you were in the military for two years after you graduated college. After the horrors of war, you wanted to slow down a bit and became a waitress at this cute little coffee shop in the city.
