Captain Canary: Saved by the cold

The rescue

The team stepped onto the Waverider for the first time in over a year

"Gideon! Can you find Vandal Savage's ship?" Rip asked

"Mr Hunter I cannot find Savage's ship!" Gideon replied

"We're never going to see Georgia again are we Snart?" Sara said

Snart wrapped his arm around Sara's waist "Hey, look at me... We're going to find Georgia no matter what, I won't stop until I find her!" Snart said. Sara looked up at him and snuggled into his shoulder

"Look Gideon you must be able to find her!" Kendra said

"Well why don't we let Gideon take some of Snart and Sara's blood and we can find the matching DNA sample in this time wave!" Martin said

"Searching for the matching DNA sample..." Gideon said

"Right while Gideon's doing that we should figure out a plan to get Georgia and kill Savage!" Rip said

"Excellent idea!" Snart said

"I say we burn him to ashes!" Mick said

"...Right... We'll call that plan b then" Rip said

The rest of the crew all had ideas of how to kill Savage and get Georgia back with Sara and Snart

"Mr Hunter I have found a DNA match from Snart and Sara's blood!" Gideon interrupted

"Please where's Georgia!" Snart pleaded

"She is at the vanishing point!" Gideon said

"Everybody hold on tight we're going to the vanishing point!" Rip said

All the team members sat down in their seats and strapped themselves in. A few minutes later they arrived at the vanishing point

"Ok everyone we're here now remember the plan in how to get Savage!" Rip said

"Yeah, let's go get Georgia back!" Ray said

The whole team got off the Waverider and got into their positions around the vanishing point. Savage walked into the  main hall and Rip got ready to get Savage. He was holding Georgia, Rip entered the hall

"Ah Mr Hunter I guess your looking for Georgia too!" Savage said

"Yes I am! Pass her to me Savage!" Rip yelled

"You honestly think I'm going to just give you Georgia!" Savage said

"No I don't, what do you want in exchange?" Rip said

"I want Kendra as you call her!" Savage said

"Well I'm right here!" Kendra said as she walked into the hall "I'm all yours!"

Savage took Kendra and passed Georgia over to Rip "Your all mine now!" Savage said taking her

Snart and Sara ran to where Rip was and took Georgia out of his arms then ran away to the Waverider to keep her safe

On the Waverider Snart and Sara put Georgia in her crib and sat next to her crib

Back in the hall, all the rest of the team were in position. Savage still had hold on Kendra's wrists. Suddenly the plan kicked into action when her wings flung out of her back, she picked Savage up off the floor by his throat and slammed him against the wall

Martin and Jax merged as firestorm and started to throw fireballs at Savage. Kendra let go of him and he fell fast to the ground. Ray flew into the hall in his atom suit and started shooting his lasers at a now unconscious Savage. Kendra felt for Savage's pulse and his heart wasn't beating

"He's dead!" Kendra shouted

"Let's go get back to the Waverider now guys before the time masters come and kill us!" Ray shouted

The team ran back to the Waverider as fast as they could. When the team got on board Kendra ran over to Snart, Sara and Georgia to tell them Savage was dead

They all ran and got onto the bridge, took their seats and strapped themselves in. A few minutes later they arrived back to the day they left behind and all got back to their houses after they had all said goodbyes

As Snart and Sara brought Georgia back to their house and placed her in the crib Snart turned to Sara and said "We are safe here aren't we?"

"Look, Snart I know your worried about this happening again but look Savage has died he won't be threatening us any more!" Sara said comfortingly to Snart

"Thanks Sara... I love you!" He said

"I love you too!" She said back. She pressed her lips gently against his and he kissed her back
