Captain Canary: Saved by the cold

How it began

Rip Hunter had recruited eight people to help destroy an immortal villain named Vandal Savage and travel through time.

~ Eight Months After ~

The team had been gathered to discuss there plan to take down Savage

"Vandal...he's here!" Kendra said as she entered the room

*CRASH*

"Quick grab your weapons" Rip shouted as he started to run to the weapons room

"Now where do you think your going?" Vandal said sarcastically to the team.

*Rip punches Vandal in the face*

"Do you really think that will work Rip? Your pathetic team will NEVER beat me!" Vandal shouted. He raised his gun and pointed it at Kendra

"NO" Sara shouted as she ran in front of Kendra

"Sara stop please!" yelled Leonard

"This is my choice Snart"

*BANG*

A bullet sped out of the gun towards Sara

"Ha what are you going to do now that another member of your crew has been hurt! Good luck defeating me now" Vandal said as he walked out of the Waverider

Snart ran towards Sara's body laying on the floor, she was bleeding badly, blood was running from her chest onto the floor. "Sara...I'm...I'm so sorry" Snart whispered to Sara as he knelt down next to her. A tear ran down his cheek. "S..Snart" she managed to say in between breaths. "I'm getting you to the med bay... Gideon please prepare the med bay."
"Yes Mr Snart" Gideon replied

Snart lifted Sara's body onto the bed in the med bay

~10 mins later~

Snart was sitting on a seat next to Sara's bed just watching her breath, as he watched her he thought that she looked so peaceful while she slept, he never thought that an assassin could look so peaceful. Sara's eyes began to open

"Snart" she said shocked to see him sitting next to her

"Yes Sara I'm Snart"

"Yeah...I know what... what happened to me?"

"Sara.. It was Savage he shot you but you should start feeling better soon"

*Sara sits up*

"Your going to be fine Sara, your so strong" Snart said leaning closer to Sara

"Thanks Snart" Sara said suspiciously

"Mr Snart, Miss Lance please report to Captain Hunter" Gideon said.
