 Chapter 5. Part II :

I have mates, I already knew that but they’re here and have found me, I did not know that.

“No, you didn’t, you unresourceful human, now let me out so I can have some happy time with my gorgeous mates “   Loretta said dragging the word ‘gorgeous’ out.  Loretta is my vampire spirit. She came along when he first marked me though I could still feel her presence before and was able to have a few short conversations.  Like I said what I am and what sprits I have depends on my mates but the one sprit that doesn’t depend on what super natural creature my mates are is my hunter, scarlet. She is the definition of cold and merciless.

“Just keep your mouth shut Loretta, I need some space to think, isn’t it enough that am sharing mind  space and body with the  two of you for eternity” I retorted.

“Oh please hun it’s not like scarlet ever talks, so it’s just me. Now, willing give over the control for our body, me and my mates need some get-to-know-each-other time.” She said as seductively as ever, that tone of hers was as if it were set on default.

 Vampire, I knew she would be a high maintenance whore since the day I found out about my vampire spirit. Female vampires are notorious for being the biggest harlots when it comes to their Beloveds.

Whatever, I thought. I pursed my lips and shaked my head, gathering my wits. Currently I was making my out of humid confines of the Gym along with Yohan to detention. Yes detention, because one of the new teachers thought –The English lit barbarian to be exact- that I was disrespectful and need to be disciplined for such behavior. I was raging at the lack of explanation and wanted to give the dashing Mr. Xavier Knight a ear full but since some cat really did catch my tongue at his drop dead gorgeous looks. I was only able to deliver a mere bob of the head and set off to the girl’s locker room. As for Yohan, he got detention with me and was not even offered any explanation of why by our new Romanian history teacher. Why he was even teaching US history is beyond me.  I tapped Yohan on shoulder as he was walking beside me to get his attention he looked me and I showed him my index finger telling him to stoop walking just like. I fished out pen and paper knowing that the werewolves who had come to my town without any notice would be able to hear as long as they were on campus.  I wrote my worries down on the crisp white sheet of paper -You do realize they’re our mates don’t you? Are you going to accept him yet, Mr. Ford that is-

-Of course I do. But am not ready to accept him because that would me settling down and I have never given the Idea of a mate much thought, it’s not something I particularly fancy.-

-Well, from what I seen of the werewolf nature whether we like it or not they will force us to go with them where ever it is that they live and settle down with them there-

-Ok since there is 99.9 percent that they won’t let us go by there will we’ll have to force our own way out and the best way to do this is simply by my warlockness-

-what happens tomorrow and day after that? What happens the rest of the school year?- I worried even though I knew my special someone would return sooner rather than later especially since my 20’s were fast approaching. But I still worried since as if now I was just a mere human unable to protect my rights to freedom.  

-We’ll worry about that later-

-Whatever let’s get there before they get suspicious- And we set off again towards the lion’s den, any other day it would be just some quite time in math class room in a way to pay up some bad conductive of ours. But now, since Mr. Henry knight was the ruler of that class it definitely seemed like the Lion’s den. I thought of the werewolf siblings again and scrutinized there personality.  From what I’ve seen from Mr. Henry, Alexander, Xavier and Jericho Knight It seemed like the coldness and their taciturn traits melted with each younger brother making Mr. Geoscience lover (Jericho) the easiest to compromise or have conversations with, his doubtlessly my go- to man.
