Hello I'm back! I've decided to try updating every Sat and Sunday. Unfortunately my strict parents don't let me use my phone much so yeah....

All four coaches grinned at me. Omigosh omigosh omigosh.

"What's your name?"they asked.

"Um, I'm Kamie Hales."I said.

Adam Levine grinned at me. "Wonderful, absolutely wonderful singing! You could win me this season with your voice!"he said.

My spirits soared. It wasn't everyday you recieved a compliment from a famous singer like Adam Levine.

"Thank you."I said, smiling.

The next judge, Selena Gomez, (A/N: just roll with it guys) smiled at me. "You have raw, amazing talent. Maybe a fellow female could help you train."she said. The others laughed.

Then it was Tyler Joseph's turn. (A/N: I LOVE TØP, so I HAD to put him in there.)

"Great song. Who's the original singer?"he jokingly asked. We all laughed as he smiled proudly.

"Amazing singing though."he added. "You sing it better than I do."he said.

"Thank you."I laughed.

Finally it was the final judge, Austin Lake (A/N: Apollo's kid) turn. He smiled.

Before that, I have a few things to say about him. He plays the sax on YouTube and sings like an angel. He's also super cute....and MY age.

So naturally his comment to me made me soooo happy.

"Fantastic voice! Amazing. There might be a thousand other words to describe your voice, but unfortunately I have limited vocabulary."he laughed.

"So it's time to choose."said Adam.

"Who will it be?"asked Selena.

"Um.."I began. "I, uh, choose Austin Lake."

The crowd cheered and Austin jumped off his chair and tackled me in a hug. Surprised, I hugged him back awkwardly and smiled.

He beamed at me, and the sparkle in his eyes told me my time on The Voice was going to be interesting...

1 year and 5 months later....

"I'm meeting your step siblings today?" I asked.

"For the millionth time, yes."said Austin teasingly.

Sorry. I should probably give you a bit of context.

I won 2nd place. It was cool. Adam offered to sign me to his label (A/N: I have no idea if he has a label but just roll with it) and Selena gave me her phone number. Also Tyler and I had a duet, but this last news might shock you.

I started dating Austin Lake.

Yeah, musical prodigy and my coach on The Voice.

I don't know how it happened. Just that I'm very much in love and the media was like totally a circus for two months.

Last week, *gulps*

Austin proposed.

Yeah ok shut up im not blushing im not blushing

So today, he told me he called some of his step siblings and a few friends from his summer camp.

And I am NOT a people person.

"Er, what if they don't like me?"I asked nervously.

He smiled, putting an arm around me. "In fact, they're huge fans. Especially Kayla. She loves your voice."

I blushed. He laughed.

Then a van with the name 'Delphi Strawberries' pulled up. The door opened and a mass of people, our age, started pouring out.

One was a girl with short brown hair and sparkling green eyes. (A/N:Kayla isn't described in TOA so I've made this up on the spot. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)

Another was a blond, surfer lookig guy, who looked totally laid back. He walked beside a pale looking guy wearing all black, and a strange sort of smile on his face.

Finally there was a guy with raven black hair and sea green eyes, who had jumped out of the driver's seat. He squinted his eyes at the street sign, like he couldn't read it.

"This is right place?"he asked the others.

"Yes,Percy."said the all-black guy.

"Ok thanks Nico. Can't read the sign."he sighed.

Blond surfer guy spotted us. He beamed brightly and dragged Nico behind him. Nico grunted but smiled, obviously pleased to be holding his hand.

They must be a couple, I decided.

"Austin! So....this is the fine young lady who you chose."he said.

I inched away slightly. "Um, hi?"I tried.

Austin smiled. "Yeah. This is Kamie, I'm sure you've heard of her."he said.

The brunette grinned. "Of course! An amazing voice! Although, Austin, I'm surprised her COACH started dating her."she teased.

This must be Kayla.

"Ah, shut up, Kayla."said Austin.

"I'm Will."said blonde surfer guy. He gestured to Nico. "This is my boyfriend, Nico. And his cousin, Percy."he said, pointing at Percy.

"'Sup."said Percy.

"The sky."I said automatically.

He looked up and frowned slightly. "Never liked flying."

"Me neither."said Nico. "I'll stick to shadows."

"No."said Will.

Nico sighed.

"Okay, guys! Quiet!"said Kayla, scolding them. She looked at me. "How about a little girl time? Austin knows NOTHING about girl time."she laughed.

Austin started to protest, but I waved him off. "I'll see you later, Aus, c'mon Kayla. See you boys!"I waved.

Me and Kayla bounded down the street, and Kayla proclaimed loudly, "I've got a whole ton of embarassing stories when Austin and I were 12!"

Austin groaned. We laughes and trudged on ahead.

Saturday update! I'll only be updating once a week...school.
