Who nourishes and supports you? Surround yourself with those people. If you surround yourself with the people that make you happy you are beginning to surround yourself with the positives. You are also beginning to get rid of the negatives.
76. Avoid self-deprivation
When it comes to food, it’s okay to cut back on things that aren’t good for you (sweet, sweet carbohydrates), but if you feel deprived, it’s probably not maintainable, creating a vicious circle of cheating and guilt.
