25.Play hooky

   Call in sick once in awhile when you’re not sick. Use the day to pamper yourself (not to catch up on errands or housework).

26. Go on a retreat

 For a couple of minutes or a couple of days, get away for a bit to re-energize. Get away from your life. Go on a cruise, go to a far away island, just get away. Getting away will relieve stress. It will make you forget about that upcoming assignment, or upcoming task. Getting away isn't always going to a far away island. You can go to a hotel, water park, or even a spa.
