   If something good happens write it down. If you lost two pounds write it down. If you overcame one of your fears write it down.

58. Get a journal/diary

   This goes with the one above. Write down what you did each day. Write down how you felt when something happened. Write down the bad things. Write down the good things. Late to school? Forgot your homework at home? Boss mad at you? Write everything down.
