  5. Face Your Fears

   Don't be afraid to do something. You're afraid of heights, well go sky diving. You're scared of bugs, then go to an insect museum or butterfly garden. When you face your fears you make yourself feel happy and congratulate yourself.

6. Have "You" night/day

   Treat yourself to nice things.

NIGHT:

   Take a relaxing bubble bath. After the bubble bath paint your nails, put on a nice face mask, rub your feet.

DAY:

   Get your nails done. Buy some new outfits. get your hair done. Go shopping with your best friend. Go to a spa.
