"What does he mean...build a time machine?" Pearl asked with her hand on her chin
"Why would he Even wanna go back in time..?" She continued
Amethyst look at her "I mean.. wouldn't you want to if all this was going on with your family?"
Pearl and Amethyst look off towards where Steven took off
Then garnet walked up behind them and rested her hands on there shoulders
"Well...should we do it..." Pearl asked
"No." Garnet said
"Well how else is he gonna fix it this?!" Amethyst said getting frustrated
"He needs time."
Amethyst put her hands on her head and growled
"ggrrr garnet you're not making any sense?! Are we gonna help him or not !?"
"We are...but...we're gonna stay distant..."
Pearl's face then lit up..
"I have an idea! Why dont we put them through a series of stuff they did together...like have them go back in time.....but not really?"
"Does that make sense?" Pearl blushed slightly
"Yes, but what about their child?" Garnet went on..
"Yea..she doesn't come around till the very end?" Amethyst said...
"Well he did ask us to babysit"
They all smiled at each other and began to start there mission to ..help make Steven and Connie happy again...
Just hopefully....nothing goes wrong...

He's still outside my window...why wont he leave...
I don't wanna see him...im honestly gonna cry...
I turned around and Rosie climbed up into my lap..
I looked down at her and smiled ...
Then I heard a bang on my window. .
"He's throwing rocks again..."
He's flaring his arms and yelling but I don't wanna deal with it...
So I closed the curtains..
Maybe that was a little mean but...could you blame me?
__Steven's P.o.v_
She.. closed the curtains on me...great...
Should I just go home?... I don't think she wants anything to do with me...
I decided to knock on the door
I wait for a bit ..then It opened...I didn't bother to say anything...I went straight upstairs to her.
I started to slow down as soon as I saw her door....
"I don't think I can do this...she hates me..."
I shook my head and kept going..
I opened the door slightly to hear her and Rosie laughing
I pushed it opened a little further
"Mom? Is there something you need?" Connie said
I opened the door to the point where we were looking at each other eye to eye
"Steven..?" Her eyes started to water
"H-how did you...?"
I cut her off with a hug..
I wouldn't let her go...it felt like hours
Plus This time...she hugged me back..
"Connie...I need you to come home with me.."
"Why..Steven I know what the note said but...I'm not ...."
I shook my head and put my hands on her shoulders
"Just listen to me ok?" I have a half smile and grabbed her hand
"Let's go... :) "
She was hesitant and then looked at Rosie...
"Oh yea..the gems are gonna watch her.."
Next thing we knew the window shattered...
"Amethyst? What are you doing here?!!?"
She picks up Rosie
"I just need to borrow this " she said and smiled really big amd jumped back out the window...
Connie pulls herself away and runs to the window
"Shes gone?!"
I put my hand on my head and slightly laughed
"Talk about good timing"
Connie gave me a glare..
I cleared my throat and held out my hand
"Shall we get going...if anything that's were Rosie is? They wouldn't put her in danger"
Connie sighed and gave me her hand
"Yea I guess you're right"
When we went outside the sun was starting to set
The nice purplish sunset...
"Hehe just like old times"
She was looking off into the distance
"Yea...I guess so.."
As we continued to walk music started to play?
"What?! I know that song!"
"Me..me too, Steven it's when we..."
I started running to find where it was coming from
I'm basically dragging connie

As I ran I got to a ledge...a very familiar one..
Connie and I look over watching the water ...and then we noticed a speaker...playing..a very old song of our...
I turned to connie...and held out my hand and covered my eyes...
"Well nobody's watching now? So..will you dance with me?"
