"You know what? If we're not really sisters, we can still be. Promise to continue to treat each other as sisters?" Aelita asked while holding out her hand for a pinky promise.

Jenny looked at Aelita's hand and smiled so wide, her eyes begun to become watery. "Promise."

They took deep breaths and pressed, "Play".

-Video starts-

Mother could be seen pacing around the room as if she was worried about something.

As if she was worried about someone.

"Darling, you need to calm down. Come, sit here." Father said as he offered an empty space next to him for his wife to sit.

"You know I can't. They are coming Franz. I'm worried for our girls." Mother sighed as she sat beside her husband.

"Anthea... it will be alright. We will virtualise everyone together, Aelita and Wilhemina first then you and me. Sounds alright?" Father placed his hand on top of Mother gently patting it to reassure her.

Both of the girls came down to the living room happily holding each other's hands.

"We're ready Mommy! Daddy!" Wilhemina chirped as she twirled around in a dress.

As soon as Jenny saw that dress, she jumped up pointing at it.

Aelita asked her, "What is it? What do you see?"

Jenny then quickly retracted her hand saying, "Nothing. I just find them cute. That's all."

"That's all?"

"Yes. That's all."

"Fine then. Let's go back to the video."

Both Mother and Father smiled at their two young girls. They had one big hug as a family and everything for that moment seemed so perfect.

But perfect moments like these simply do not last.

There was a blast coming from outside of the house and the door coming flying through.

"Franz! The girls!" Mother eyes widened in horror as she made an attempt to grab both girls but could only grab Wilhemina due to the incoming bullets.

Men wearing black suits started rushing in while the Hopper family made a dash to the back door. Father got a hold of Aelita's hand and rushed out.

Mother and Wilhemina was nowhere to be seen.

"Aelita! We don't need that darn camera, you can just leave it here!" Father shouted, as he escaped the house.

"But... it's our memories." Aelita mumbled softly.

Father looked at his little girl before letting her to continue to hold on to the camera.
