"Don't judge my story by the chapter you walk in on."
Just because you walk in on a low point in someone's life, just because something horrible happened in another's life and you happened to witness , you can't judge them solely on that moment in their life's story, you have to think beyond the time they cried for help and not rehash the past or dread the future you have to think of right now. It's called "present day" because every day is a gift, they each add to your future, which makes your life special and unique to you.
