The thoughts that run through my mind, race off into the night.
The thoughts that run through my mind, aren't necessarily nice.
The thoughts that run through my mind, don't help me get over the hurdles of life.
The thoughts that run through my mind, narrow my perspective, making me blind.
The thoughts that run through my mind are far away from the finish line,
and there'll soon be a time,
when all of the thoughts have ran out of my mind.
