"I'm busy." Sagot ko sabay turo sa mga folders at papeles na nagkalat sa lamesa ko, "do you mind getting lost li'l bro?"
"Kuya Cloud, you can't work with an empty stomach." He snapped his finger and a delivery woman entered, "please just put the food I ordered there." Sabay turo sa coffee table sa gilid ng office ko, tumango naman ang babae at agad na nilapag doon ang pagkain.
"Wala akong gana." I frowned as I put my eyeglass back on, muli kong sinuri ang mga papel na nasa lamesa ko nang hablutin ito ni Ice, "what the fuck?"
"Eat." Seryosong wika niya, "baka gusto mong subuhan kita, Kuya?"
I hissed and stood up, tumungo ako sa may coffee table at umupo sa sofa saka binuksan ang pagkain na in-order ng kapatid ko, agad akong nakaramdam ng pagkagutom nang nalanghap ko ang amoy ng spaghetti, damn my favorite!
Nang maubos ko ang pagkain ay tumingin ako aa kapatid ko na prenteng nakaupo sa sofa sa harap ko, nakangiti lang siya sa akin habang pinagmamasdan ako, "pwede ka nang umalis, puno na yong trash can ng office ko pakibasura na lang ang pinagkainan ko."
Tumayo ako at muling bumalik sa trabaho, "grabe iyon lang yon? Walang thank you kapatid ko? Or thank you Ice kasi ang hot mo?" He hissed.
"Shut the fuck up Ice and leave the room." I shooed him out and he angrily opened my office door for exit, "before I forget, say hi to Frost II and Flemeral II."
Tumango siya at agad na lumabas bitbit ang pinagkainan ko, hindi ko namalayan ang oras at palubog na pala ang araw, I decided to go home early today dahil may biyahe pa ako mamayang gabi papuntang Alta Rio. Halos walong oras pa naman ang buong biyahe.
Pagkarating ko sa bahay ay agad akong pumanhik sa kwarto ko, inutusan ko na rin ang isa sa mga kasambahay na mag-empake ng damit ko good for two days, two days one night kasi ang pamamalagi ko sa probinsya at makikituloy muna ako sa mga pinsan ko sa Villanueva.

"Huwag mo nang banggitin iyan, we missed you darling." Niyakap ako ni Tita Sky, "you've grown big! I mean... wow, look at yourself. You're hotter than Ice right now!"
I smiled halfheartedly as I give order to my driver to take my travel bag out, "nakahanda na ang almusal, you can just let one of our maids put your things sa guest room." Sabi ni Tito Hernandes, "and right now Tornado and Thunder are still sleeping."
I nodded at them, pumasok na kami sa loob ng mansion, the outside of the mansion may look old pero sa loob ay bagong bago ang dating, seems like they made a major renovation, tumungo kami sa dining hall at nagsimulang kumain.
"Kumusta ang mall mo?" Nakangiting tanong ni Tita Sky.
"Going great." Sagot ko sabay kagat sa wheat bread, "I just hope Mayor Alastor Kimorra will let me buy his estimated one kilometer lot, doon ako magpapatayo ng bagong mall."
After finishing my coffee I excused myself and went to the guest room, agad akong humiga sa kama, I set the alarm of my phone into 8AM since 8:30 kami magmi-meet ni Mayor.
I closed my eyes and fell in slumber, nagising ako dahil sa tunog ng telepono ko, I stopped that at mabilis na naligo saka nagbihis, I made sure to look like a real businessman in my suit, I came here as a businessman, nothing else. I let my driver drive my baby, sanay na akong hindi ako ang nagmamaneho sa baby ko, things may have changed but my babies will still remain as my babies, sobrang masakit sa loob na hayaang may ibang magneho sa baby mo pero kailangan mong tanggapin lalo't minsan ay sa biyahe ka na lang nakakapagpahinga.
Halos tatlumpung minuto ang nakalipas at tumigil kami sa gilid ng kalsada kung saan naroroon ang dalawang daang kilometro kwadradong bukid na sadya ko, I imagined the whole land to become a big mall. I smirked. I have to make sure I convince the mayor, the liar's father.
May tumigil na berdeng kotse sa gilid ko at lumabas ang isang babae, mahaba ang buhok nitong kulay itim, what the hell is she doing here? I expected to see her hair still green but seems like she dyed it back to black and the length of her hair is back, seems like she also gained some weight but still, she still managed to look sexy in that damn red dress.
Naglakad siya palapit sa akin, kalmado ang postura nito, lumapit siya sa akin at ngumiti, "my father cannot attend so I am going to serve as his proxy."
Damn it. Way to ruin my plans.
"Okay." I said as if I am unaffected by Alison's presence, "I am Mr. Cloud, you might know now the reason why I am here, right?"
"Yes, so you want this lot?" Sabay turo sa loteng napakalawak.
"I offer five hundred million, Ms. Kimorra."
"Alison is fine..." Sagot nito sa akin, "stop the formalities Cloud."
"Mr. Cloud." Malamig na pagtatama ko sa kanya, "five hundred million is a lot of money just for this lot, Ms. Kimorra, we have until tomorrow lunch to make the decision, meeting place will be at Criselda Restaurant, the place you first took me to upon meeting a year ago."
She smiled and nodded as she watch me take my leave.
