Background= : He's the only person who programmed his own brain to gain powers, displaying a clear fact that his knowledge is absurd and probably nigh-omniscient. Naito wasn't in particularly strong when he devloped his own abilities, but when he was caught by the Mercian Developers, they augmented his abilities and it became uncontrollable and unpredictable. It also shows that his powers are activated only if he 'wished' for it.
