Legolas ran into the throne room with Amartya in tow. The patrol leader was making their report to the king, and it sounded like the siblings had made it just in time; the patrolman was telling Thranduil about finding an elleth wandering around the forest.

"Who is this elleth?" Thranduil questioned.

"Adar! It is Amartya!" Legolas called out.

Thranduil's head snapped to them so fast, Legolas thought it must have been painful.

"What?"

Amartya hurried forward, "Ada! It's me!"

Thranduil stood from his throne and approached the elleth claiming to be his daughter. He froze, not five feet from her. How could this not be his daughter? Her features were so similar to his wife's. He rushed forward and wrapped her in his arms.

"You have returned to us," Thranduil whispered into her hair. "We thought you were dead."

"No, Ada," Amartya whispered back. "I am home again."

Thranduil sighed and repeated, "Home again."
