You had been waiting for March 17 for a long time now. It was finally Feliciano's birthday! Grabbing the present you had bought for him you knocked on his door and smiled when Germany was the one who opened it. "He's not home yet." Germany informed you and you smiled happily. "Perfect, then we can get everything ready now." It was an hour later when Feliciano came home and opened the door. He could smell something sweet and entered the kitchen to see you, Germany, and Japan at the table with a freshly baked cake. "Ve~ What's-a this for?" He asked and you giggled. "Happy Birthday Feli!" You said and it then dawned on him that it was his birthday. "Ve~! Grazie bella, Germany and-a Japan!" He happily said and bit into the slice of cake that Germany had made.
