"Right." I say in a mumble as I walk off to my room to start. Time to start cleaning again. I just hope this time, I won't mess it all up after I clean it.
I didn't know exactly where to start cleaning, the apartment was big even if from the outside it looked pretty small. It also wasn't the biggest apartment but still, for me it has been a big apartment. Maybe it's because I've always been made cleaning it all and it seems so big after the first ten minutes and it feels like ages. Yeah, that's probably it.
I begin cleaning up the messy floor when I hear my windows opening. I don't look up to know who it is walking through those windows.
"Maya, you shouldn't be here when I'm supposed to be cleaning my room." I say as I pick up the pile of clothes of the floor. I still don't look back at her but she doesn't answer me.
"You know, it would be great if you at least could say why you're here." I walk over to the closet, the pile of clothes in my arms blocking the view of her. I open the closet and shove the pile of clothes inside, closing the door after me fast.
I let out a sigh and Maya still doesn't answer me. I'm starting to get irritated and that's not something I usually get.
"Maya I asked you why–" I say in a groan but stop once I turn around to be greeted by not so much Maya sitting on the bay window with a arched brow and a crooked smirk.
I don't say anything in hope of this being nothing but a dream. How would he know where I live? I never told him that.
"You know Shaky, you should really clean this mess up." Lucas' smirk grows as he roams his eyes all over my messy room.
I roll my eyes. "What are you even doing here?"
He just shrugs. "Had nothing to do, thought why not come over."
I give him a sharp glare. "How did you know I live here? I never told you."
As if I had said the worlds funniest joke, he bends over clutching his stomach, laughing at me. I furrow my brows in confusion as I watch the alpaca brain keep laughing. Yes, I just called him alpaca brain and I think it suits him very well. Just like jerk.
"What's so funny?" I ask when I start getting even more irritated by his laugh.
He takes a deep breath, his laugh dying a little as he sits up straight and looks at me with a little grin. "I followed you home. After our date. Remember?"
Right. The date. I almost forgot the hours of torture I had three days ago.
"Whatever." I mumble and cross my arms over my chest.
He pats the seat next to him and gives me a little nod. I give him a tight smile and take a seat, not next to him, further away from him that would be. He shrugs and says a little 'okay' and I let out a sigh. I was still frustrated by the fact that he was the one climbing inside the window and not Maya. Maya would've been a better choice if I'm gonna be honest with you.
"You know, I'm busy. You shouldn't have come." I say without turning to look at him.
"Yeah well, I would've known if I had your number, wouldn't I?" He asks.
