Charlotte's P.O.V

I ran as fast as I could. For my luck, it started raining.
I sighed. Great.
I realized I was far from the studio and started to slow down.
I was soaked and it was cold.
I crossed my arms in front of my chest.
I remembered what I saw back in the studio and started crying.
He broke my heart again...
I knew I shouldn't have trusted him.
I guess everything he said, were just lies.

I calmed for a while.
I saw a tree and walked towards it.
I sat down under it.
Tears formed in my eyes as I remember the first time I found out he cheated.

*flashback*

It has been a month since Nathan moved with his bandmates.
A few days ago I heard that he was hanging out a lot with some girl.
Yes I was jealous at first, but then saw some picture and they weren't holding hands or kissing.
So I thought they were just friends.

He has been really busy. Which means, he can't text me or call me that much like we planned.

"Hey sweetheart." My mom said. "Can I come in?" She asked.

I turned towards her and nodded.

She sat on the edge of my bed.

"Did Nathan called you today?" She asked while looking at my phone, that was next to me.

"No. He hasn't called for three days straight." I said looking out the window.

"You should go out. You know, take some fresh air and clear your mind for awhile." She said giving me a warm smile.

"You're right." I said and grabbed my coat (since it was winter)

I went to the park and just walked around for a few minutes.
I went to a coffee shop that was near the park.
I ordered my drink and sat down.
I saw a few magazines in the table next to me, but one caught my eye.
Nathan was on the cover, but he wasn't alone.
He was with a girl... holding hands...
I decided to look trough the pages and my heart stopped when I saw a picture of them, kissing.
My heart stopped and I ran out of there.

I went home, straight to my room.
I slammed the door behind me.

"Charlotte?" My knocked on my door.

She slowly opened the door and when she saw me crying she ran to my side.

"Why are you crying? What happened?" She was worried.

"N-nathan." That's all I could say, so I pointed to the magazine that was on the floor.

She grabbed the magazine and saw the pictures of Nathan and that girl.

"Oh sweetie, I'm so sorry." She hugged me and I cried in her shoulder.

When she walked out of my room, I went to my bathroom.

I looked at myself in the mirror.
Am I not good enough?
Did I did something wrong?
A lot of thoughts came to my head.
I wiped some tears away and then my eyes caught something around my neck... the necklace.
I pulled off the necklace and it broke. I picked it up and threw it into the wall of the other side of my room.
I slid down the wall and brought my knees to my chest.
He broke me. He broke my heart.

*end of flashback*

I snapped out of my thought when I heard something behind me.

"Charlotte, what are you doing here?" It was Austin.

"I uh...." I didn't know what to say.

"What about if we go somewhere warm so we can talk and you can change your clothes, since uh... you're all wet." He chuckled.

I gave him a weak smile and just nodded.

We walked to the hotel he was staying.
It sounds wrong, but somehow, I trust him. Even though he's Kate's brother....

"Here, you can use this while your clothes dries." He handed me some of his dry clothes and I went to the bathroom to change.

I came out and he handed me a cup of tea.

"So, do you want to talk about what happened?" He asked while sitting next to me.

------------

I told him everything, from the start.
He was surprised because he didn't know it was Kate the one who broke us apart the first time.
He told me they don't have the best relationship.
Actually she only talks to him to make fun of him or something bad.

We were sitting just there in silence.
I was looking at the window, watching the rain.

"So..." Austin said trying to make conversation. "What are you going to do now?"

I sighed. "I don't know. I guess I have to go back with the guys."

"But what about Na-"

"Sooner or later I have to face him, Austin." I said.

He sighed. Our eyes locked for a few seconds when I felt his lips on mine.

I pulled away.

"I'm so sorry, Charlotte! I shouldn't have done that... Please, I'm so-"

"I should be going now, I bet the guys are worried about me." I stood up and walked to the door.

"I can give you a ride." He asked nervously.

"I'll walk. Thanks though."

"Wait. I don't want to lose you, I don't want to lose our friendship. I'm sorry, what I did was wrong."

I sighed. "It's fine. I'm just confused." I tried to smile and walked out of his room.

It stopped raining but the air was still cold.
I wrapped the jacket tightly around me and started walking home.
it was getting dark, so I had to hurry.

I was walking near the park when I heard a noise.
I shrugged it off thinking it was a dog or a cat.
But then I got the feeling that someone was following me.
I turned around but there was no one.
I kept walking and then heard another noise.

"Who's there?" I said, loud enough for someone to hear me.

No answer.
I saw a shadow in the bushes.
It freaked me out and the first thing I did was run.
I kept running until I bumped into someone.
That person placed a towel with something on it.
It was sleeping gas...
Oh no.
Before I could do something, my vision started to get blurry and then everything went black.
