Chapter 2 Meeting

Ava's POV

Nope. It wasn't a dream, I still have to marry a boy I didn't know someone I've never met. This is crazy, I'm meeting him today and I sure hope he isn't a jerk because if he is it will make this situation ten times worse. Apparently he's 'YouTube famous' and is in a group called the janoskians I hope his fans don't hate me, I don't have a choice I need to marry him.

I really hope James isn't rude or stuck up, we are both in the same position we both don't want this and we have to get used to each other, I will admit for some weird reason I dislike him already, maybe it's because I hate the idea of marriage - with him.

I'm on face-time to my best friend Jess, she has been so supportive for me and I know if I need her throughout this whole time she will be there, "So when do you meet him?" She asks, "Tonight" I sigh "I sure hope he's not a jerk" I say in hope "I'll beat his ass if he hurts you" she says I laugh slightly this is why I love our friendship we can make a joke out of any situation and she can always make me laugh and smile.

"Thank you Jess, really you've been amazing these past couple of days" I say and she smiles in awe, "You know I'm always gonna be there for you, I have to go but I'll call you later to find out how things went okay?" She says I nod and hang up and go to get ready for tonight.

James's POV
This is bullshit. I cannot marry some random girl, I cannot do it. It's unfair on me and on her. I mean Ava, I understand that she - Ava is in the same place as I am, but I can't go forward with this. How does everyone expect me to be nice and act like I love her? I don't. How can you love someone you don't even know?

Tonight I meet Ava and to be honest I'm not looking forward to it, I just want it over and done with.

Ava's POV
Arriving at the restaurant I follow my parents in, they walk to a table and what I assume to be James's parents stand up and greet my parents, I glance over at James and he's sitting on his phone. Great. His mom pulls me into a hug "it's so nice to finally meet you" she says, don't be horrible don't be horrible. "You to" I pull a fake smile then his dad greats me.

Once everyone is seated at the table, everyone is engaged it conversation - all expect James and I. "So" James's dad begins "You both know you are getting married, but for you guys to connect and get to know one another you will be moving in together, we have bought you a house and you will move into it tomorrow" he finishes I stare at my parents in shock, my mom notices me and looks down, I know she doesn't really want this for me she just has to agree with my dad. 
"What!?" James and I say in sync, "now now both of you. It's happening and you can't stop it" my father says.
