Axel POV

After Alex left tears began to sting my eyes and I quietly cried until I heard a knock on my door

"Come in " I said wiping my tears then my best friend Troy came in

" Hey dude are you-" he stopped mid sentence​ seeing my red puffy eyes and tears

"Dude what's wrong " he said concerned sitting by me

" My mate " I said my voice cracking

"what did she do "he said which made my body tense up I thought about Alex's face and the  heartbroken look on his face when he saw me as his mate.

"Troy will you promise me you'll never stop being my best friend even if I told you this " I said afraid

"Dude well never stop being friends " he said smiling faintly

"W-well my mate Is uh is a g-guy" i said looking at him then he smiled

"Who is it " he said smiling

"Wait your not disgusted or mad at me " I asked

"No I actually came over to tell you my mate is a guy too " he said

"really who " I asked

"Ronnie Palco" he said Ronnie Palco was the school nerd he was very quiet and shy

I always used to tease him he had spiky brown hair with blue eyes he was a tiny boy scrawny

"now who is your mate " he said then I started crying

"Alex " I said simply his smile quickly faded

"what happened " he said

" I-I kissed him and he rejected me and I hit him and ugh I'm a fucking idiot I can't make up my mind I don't know if I hate him or love him " I said he hugged me

"go to him and tell him you love him apologize don't let him go even if he pleads you to go " he said I pulled away

"thanks Troy I said getting up and throwing on my black shirt and running out the door driving to his house

I got out of the car knocking on the door I got no answer

I twisted the knob and walked in the house was quiet. I'd been here once before. Pain and regret filled my heart.

"Alex" I yelled running upstairs checking the rooms to see no one 

"Alex " I said again walking into his room he wasn't there so I knocked on the bathroom door

" Alex" I said hearing water run the door was locked. I began to pa if when no one answered so I kicked it open to see Alex on the floor without a shirt his wrists we're cut and he had a bottle of pills that was empty

I picked up the bottle that read sleeping medicine

"no Alex you idiot" I said then looked at his wrist I turned on the bathtub shower and pulled him in putting him between my legs

I stuck my fingers in his throat he gagged puking up pills

I saw blood and puke run towards the drain

"Alex please don't leave me I love you so fucking much you idiot I'm so sorry " I said crying and hugging him. His eyes opened slightly and he began to cry in my arms

"why won't you just let me die " he cried out our hair and clothes where soaked

"because I love you " I said...
